An antique Chinese red brocade panel decorated with auspicious motifs. In the central section, the brocade is decorated with repeating pattern of children where one is holding a musical instrument known as a sheng and the other is holding a toy-like object. A splendid Chinese celadon brush holder formed in the style of a scholar rock. The crackled glaze along with the celadon is a classical style that began during the Song dynasty and became popular among the ruling elite. A scholar taste Chinese Jade ink stone. The stone is a nephrite jade in the form of a flat craggily gonshi stone.
