Ivory netsuke depicting a snail crawling on a bamboo shoot. The snail is carefully rendered highlighting its curvature of the shell.
The underside is enhanced with spherical horn details and an excellent patina.

Covered with celadon glaze to the foot rim, unglazed base. Diameter = 7.2 cm, height = 6 cm. Yuan Dynasty. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or hairlines and free from restorations
A dish of scalloped rim form of six-sun size decorated with a central motif of a bouquet of Cherry blossom wrapped in the traditional manner for formal presentation with a sheath of washi paper, tsutsumi, shaped into a horn and tied with cord. The rim of the dish decorated with auspicious motifs of gobenka and cho butterflies in the typical Imari three colour palette dating to the Kyoho period circa 1710-40.

Fine Qing dynasty blue and white snuff bottle with a nice over-glaze. A scene depicting a man, likely a gardener on one side and scholar on the other side receiving flowers. No apparent damage. Pair Japanese Brass/Bronze Hibachi, late 19th century Meiji, with high relief design of travelers in beautiful landscape setting, elephant handles on both sides, 8 3/4" high, 9 7/8" diameter on top rim, 12 1/2" diameter include handles. There are some wear and tear from usage with some minor dents but no major damages. Compacted ash on the bottom remain for both Hibachis.
17th Century White Tara Tibetan Thangka. The White Tara goddess symbolizes transcendent knowledge and purity. In ancient Tibet, it was believed that Tara was reincarnated in every virtuous and pious woman. She was born from the eye of Avalokitesvara, the Bodhisattva of compassion, and became his wife. Antique Japanese cast iron tetsubin (tea kettle), cast with wonderful design of shells on each side, beautiful shape with tall handle and iron lid, Meiji Period.

A small bronze mirror of bulls eye form, 69mm in diameter 7.5mm in height with a rounded boss surrounded by a thin raised concentric ring to the centre with a raised edge and partial concave profile to the rim. A traveling wooden shrine “zushi” or "Nenjibutsu" with enclosing a finely curved wooden sculpture of shichimen Daimyojin (Heavenly Lady from Mount Shichimen). The wooden case is decorated with red lacquer and metalwork. Some loss of lacquerer and pigments are visible, otherwise it is in good condition.

Early 19th century netsuke of a boy holding onto a bamboo branch next to a large ball. Netsuke illustrates one of the paragons of filial virtue, that of Moso - a young scholar who went into the woods in the middle of the winter to look for bamboo shoots, a favorite dish of his ailing and dying mother. Bamboo does not grow in the snow but the Gods were moved by his filial piety and allowed bamboo shoots to suddenly spring from the ground. The large ball probably represents a snowball...
