Extr. Rare/Fine Royal Princess ’s Embroidered Flower Shoes: Korea, late Joseon dynasty This pair is an one of a kind of silk embroidered colorful multi-flower heads (so called (꽃신) and sprays design on the surfaces that is a very unusual and extremely rare shoes from the Joseon dynasty, the pair of shoes were considered the use for a Royal family’s princess at the Royal Palace. They’re in almost mint condition with a rarely use. It measures 22.5cm x 7cm (8.75” x2.25”).

A Very Fine/Open Carved Solid Bamboo Brush Pot (Holder): Korea, Choson period, 19th Century, This is a solid bamboo brush pot decorated in open-work with cash patterns and carved with vertical ribs between two key fret bands, applied with a natural black tar wax on the body for protection, and with aged patina. It is in fine condition without any chips, cracks. It measures 4 3/4” x 3 3/8”

Darling Antique Japanese gilt metal pair of hand mirror and brush. Designed with picture of flowers in cloisonné on backs. Flowers are blue with white and yellow, on a black background. The set has matching handles, which display a butterfly fan, palms, and woman holding her mirror at the bottom. A good Song dynasty Qingbai bluish white large covered box, rounded side with ribbing at the body suggested petal and unglazed base, there is a flower motif at the center, box covered with good bluish white glaze.
Box is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, the cover box is stuck can not be open and there is some water inside the box, found from a river, good glaze.

A rare early Ming dynasty 15th century blue and white large bowl, rounded side with flared rim, straight foot and glazed base, bowl outer wall decorated with fine under glaze blue of human motif in different position, center also with human motif.
Bowl is in good condition with tiny chip at outer rim, no crack, no restoration.

A Song/Yuan Qingbai Jar with Four Lugs. Height approximately 9 cm and diameter approximately 10.6 cm. Decorated with flowers, plants, a band of bottons and curve lines. Few crackles glaze at the jar. Few hairlines around the base. A firing crack below the shoulder. Good condition.

This fine silver wired 3" x 2.5" box is from one of the better studios. A single bird descends from a blooming prunus tree, the trunk of which extends down the front side of the box against a ground of blue so dark it appears black. The mounts are of silvered brass.

Condition: Good, there is minor scuffing to the bottom and an old repair to the upper left edge of the lid.

A Fine Koren Carved Wood Folk Wedding Duck: Korea, 19th Century Carved with a lozenge-form body with a flat, oval base and a fitted with a detachable neck and head which fit into a round hole in the body, painted in black pigment with two eyes, its beak has two holes for fiting laces, it has old rich dark patina on the surface. This wedding duck is superb piece of Korean folk sculpture, warm and compelling in this derectness and naivete. It’s in good condition...

A Yuan Longquan Celadon Jar with Dragon Decoration. Diameter approximately 8.5 cm and height approximately 7.4 cm. There is an original chip at the rim. Few chips at the base. Good condition.

A Very Rare and Large Standing Buddha; Tathagata, (Nam Mu Myo Saek Sin Yeo Rae ip-sang; Korea, Choson, 18th Century, Hanging Scroll This large standing Buddha, Tathagata (one of five or seven standing Buddhas) with feet slightly apart with hands held together, draped in loose robes falling in regular folds at the chest, wide face with finely arched brows centering a small white urna above slightly open eyes, and there are too much details to describe this standing figure...

This is a 19th century Japanese imitation of a Chinese cloisonne bowl. It has a white background and fish, horse and floral design on both the exterior and interior. There is a square brass seal reading ¡°imitate Ming¡± on the bottom. In this case, ¡°Ming¡± is a general name for Chinese or Mandarin. It is 10 inches in diameter and 4 ¾ inches tall. Good condition.

A Very Fine/Rare/Large Carved Black Inkstone: Korea, 19th Century An oval shaped light black color and heavy weight inkstone carved in remarkable craftsmanship with two large and old pine tree with 4 cranes, and highlighted by two olive green “eye” inclusions, it has inscriptions on the bottom. It’s in very fine condition without any noticeable damages. Measurements; 10 ¼” x 8 ½” x 1 ¼” (26cm x 21.5cm x 3.2cm)

An Extremely Rare Pair of Carved/Papered Wedding Ducks; Korea, late 19th Century, Dated 1874, Described and Carver named Kim Han Soo This pair of solid (Paulawnia) wood carved, dotted in red (groom) and green (bridegroom) body painted with light polychrome pigments over paper and then oiled. Each duck bears 4 large letter poems and one of them has a date (1874) and name of caver (Kim Han Soo) with 2 red seals. Especially, with a date and description are not a common in Korean wedding ducks...
