Rather unusual late Qing Dynasty (1890s to 1911) Chinese seal carved out of a natural red agate boulder. First catalogue photo includes the image of the printing surface flipped left to right to show what the imprint of the seal will look like. Beautiful surface, four crisply carved raised characters on the bottom, wonderful patina, traces of red seal paste in the grooves. Great scholar’s object. Length 1 1/4 inches.

Qing Dynasty famille verte plates. The hand-painted plates depict the story of ¡°The lady of the red whisk¡±. On the back of each plate there is a ¡°Tong Zhi¡± (1862~1874) seal mark. They are in excellent condition. Diam: 7 inches

A Magnificent and rare Longquan celadon large Lotus bowl, well balance potted and overall with olive green glaze tone. Southern Song Dynasty Longquan ware. Beautiful large Cizhou type black glazed reddish clay, stoneware jar with vivid russet splashes, circa Yuan/Ming Dynasty 1100/1400CE. This has a strong iridescent paraffin surface patina. This is a very rare trans Paleo to early Archaic point dating to 10,500-9000 B.P. This is a large size arrow point that has long tip to base convex turning parallel sided blade edges that transition into drooping basal auricles. The basal edge is concave and the haft is ground. It has classic oblique transverse flaking and nice naturally aged patina with good sorbed deposits, hinge staining and authentic accumulations visible. It is made from a dark gray chert...

Interesting seal carved in a hard black stone, likely Serpentine with a handle, 4th.-2nd. millenium BC.

The seal in engraved with what looks like ancient scriptsigns, but it needs further research.

Antique 19th century Indo Persian Qajar dynasty Islamic ceramic tile of oval form, finely hand painted under a clear crackle glaze depicting a hunting scene with a courtly male dressed in a splendid dress with spear hunting antelopes on horseback in companion of a hound dog, set in a mountainous landscape.

DIMENSIONS: 40.5 cm x 27.5 cm (15.94 x 10.83 inches).

CONDITION: Cracked in half "clean break” and glued together one chip on the back of the rim.
