A finely detailed Chinese porcelain rooster in a rich blue turquoise glaze with his comb and wattle, as well as the rock form base, glazed in a deep aubergine. In excellent condition, it measures 10.25" high, 7" long.

This wonderful pair of porcelain Chinese prunus jars combines the famous cracked ice motif with "snowing" prunus blossoms which surround 2 reserves featuring perched birds in trees. Each tree is flanked with bats, an auspicious Chinese emblem.
The inspiration for this high quality design goes back to the Kangxi period, but these vases are Republic period of very fine quality...
Later Qing dynasty “Zisha” Yixing incense burner. It is preserved intact, with traces of soot, use and wear. In inscription 心淘 (Digging Inside of the heart) was carved by a craftsman or collector in a conspicuous place.
