Pair of Qilin, a Chinese mythical beast sometimes associated with giraffes or Camelopard. Polychrome glaze on clay, with fine detailing. Bottom of the pair contains a seal reading: Qianlong Nianzhi which would be from the mid to late 18th century. However in reality the piece was made during the 19th century. This jade (nephrite) carving of a reclining water buffalo and boy is 2 ¼” high, 3” wide and 2 3/8” thick. It is a late 19th century product. It depicts a young boy holding peach branches trying to climb a reclining water buffalo. Aside from some natural blemishes on the bottom, it is in great condition.
A set of 5 mid-size dishes in the shape of half opened folding fans. On the bottom of each a decoration of two wheels, floating in a river in iron brown underneath thick cream-colored opaque glaze, and the right-side corner covered in thick green glaze typical for Oribe. Beautiful Chinese antique celadon glazed bowl. The body of the bowl is shaped into six wide lobes and glazed an olive-green with a very fine crackle. The interior is decorated with a delicate raised scrolling lotus stem. A lotus blossom or leaf adorns each interior lobe of the bowl. An incised line circles the outside rim. Song Dynasty.

Antique Chinese yellow nephrite snuff bottle with a flat lip and oval foot rim. The interior is well hollowed out, the exterior is unadorned, 18th/19th century. It measures 2.75" tall 2"1/8" wide 3/4" deep.
This is a very rare and excellently made Chinese Snuff Bottle made with a mosaic of multicolor inlaid jadaite with overlay Mother of Pearl depicting a monkey underneath a flowering tree, with matching jadeite domed stopper. The base incised with the Qianlong reign mark. Wonderful preserved condition.
