This well cast Meiji period Japanese bronze vase is 10 ¾ inches tall and 4 inches in diameter at its widest. It depicts a wild goose flying away from the moon. The moon is silver inlaid and the goose is silver overlay on top of the bronze body. The goose eye and feet is gold. There is a maker¡¯s seal on the bottom, it reads ¡°Kyoto, made by Kuroda¡±. There are a few scratches on the body and lighter color around the moon due to cleaning.

A beautiful and elegant Dr. Wall First Period Worcester tankard, or mug, painted with the "Walk in the Garden" pattern, showing a "Long Eliza" figure holding a basket and a ruyi sceptre, the boy at her side with a speared bird, and birds in the branches of a fine tree on the reverse. The inside of the footrim has a workman's mark which appears to be IH or JH.

The mug is of quite a goodly size, being 4 3/4" in height...

A very good sample of Ming dynasty 15th century blue and white very large jar, rounded side with globular body and unglazed base, jar decorated with under glaze blue of continuous large band of flower motif in the center, on the shoulder with flower spray motif divided in Arabic style band.
