A rare huanghuali wood Chinese "violin" called an erhu. The main body and neck are carved from a single piece of huanghuali wood, its top stretched with snake skin of beautiful patterning. The bottom of the main body has a sound hole with an openwork carving of a stylized "shou" character meaning longevity (this bottom panel is a separate piece of huanghuali)...

19th century wooden netsuke carved as a theatrical mask of Okame with characteristic chubby cheeks. Great facial expression with a slight smile, excellent finish, beautiful wear and patina. This porcelain casket was produced in Italy in the late 19th century by Capodimonte. It measures 11 1/2 inches long, 7 inches wide and 4 1/4 inches high. It has a gilt metal frame with hinges and a latch to close it. The porcelain is molded with high relief scenes and ornamentation. Greek gods, nude figures, cherubs and animals cover the surface. It even has dolphins. They are done in bright, colorful enamels. The casket is profusely gilded. It is in excellent condition.

Offered is a fine, all-original, aluminum, golf mallet putter from the Dave Cuthbert shop of St. Andrews Scotland.

This well balanced and sleek appearing club sports a straight hickory shaft and a nice leather grip. Deep checkering lines adorn the face and a well struck "D. CUTHBERT - SPECIAL" stamp is seen on the top.

Beautiful antique drafting table made by the Washburn Shops at the Worcester Polytecnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, circa late 1800s. It has a black cast iron adjustable base with hand painted legs that are in perfect original condition. The height can be adjusted, as well as the top, which can be angled to any degree. It measures 46" high x 26" wide x 28" when flat. This is not only a beautiful piece of drafting use, but a work of art as well

A double Irish chain quilt with printed cotton fabrics of red and green chains against a background of black spots on white cotton. The front is turned over to the back to make the edge. The quilting is simple diagonals.

Condition; excellent, never washed.

Good colors and pleasing design makes this an attractive quilt.

A Korean vase dating from the early Joseon period (“Richo” in Japanese; 1392-1897). This particular piece appears to date from the 16th/ 17th century and comes with an antique wood box. The light brown crackled glaze is smooth in the hand and has a warm inviting rustic feel.
