Afine large Cizhou floral ceramic vase, Song-Yuan Dynasty c. 12th-14th century AD.
Very decorative vase and quite rare!
Height: 23,5 cm.
Condition: Choice for the type, very thin hairline in the body but intact and unrepaired with typical small spots of missing glaze. Spout is intact without chips. Beautiful patination!

Lao tse on his buffalo. The clay is a reddish-brown color. There are traces of polychromy. Large Art Nouveau glass cologne with engraved silver overlay. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1910. Globular with short neck and everted rim in silver collar. Ball stopper. Symmetrical overlay in fluid whiplash tendrils and stylized leaves and flowerheads. Elongated oval frame engraved with shaded single-letter (B). Glass is red. Absolutely beautiful, very heavy, sterling tray. It measures 22" long x 14 1/2" wide x 1" tall and weighs 2045 grams. It is heavily decorated with flowers and leaves. It is marked on the bottom "sterling" with what appears to be a beehive. It is rare to find a sterling tray of this weight and beauty.
A matching set of six hand-made late Victorian 5-1/4" cut crystal wine glasses with fine teal coloured bowls. They have fine hand-cut stems, faceted bottoms on the bowls and applied bases.
