Preserved with original condition, the paint of this cute rural scholar object was peeled off due to enduring ages. A boy climbing against a wall of a water basin was a popular motif often seen in different materials of Ming period. From the carving of the boy, the facial and the figure characteristics, this water basin was a piece with Ming style but was conservatively dated a Qing piece due to no further evidences...

Description: A cute stone tiger of Song Dynasty was carved with a red sandstone which was revealed under the old black paint from the frets on the tip of her nose.
The black paint was applied all over the surface except the bottom of the stand.
The evenly spread crackle paint was meaningful to this lovely stone cat for her 800 years of enduring age.

Description: A beautiful inkcake rest was intriguingly made of pudding stone. With agate-like stone quality, this precious scholar item was preserved very well with only some old crack lines and some minor old frets. The stand was an old Suan-Ji wood piece from 19th century.

This is a very beautiful and finely potted Qing dynasty famille noir mille fleurs complete set of teacup, with the cover and saucer. It is painted very densely with shades of enameled pink, yellow, blue, brown, white and green with multitude of flowers and plants...
It is beautifully potted in an ovid form with incised foliate ground in a transparent icy green glaze, with the rounded side tapering to a short foot.
There are no repairs or restorations. There is some minor firing fault, degradation, chips at the mouth (picture 3) and minor losses. Minor scattered oxidise spot and a more a visible one shown on picture 5. Otherwise in good condition.
The measurement of the yingqing ewer : Height 19cm and the width is 13.3cm.
Description: A camphor wood arm chair was originally made in Taiwan in the late 19th century. With beautiful design, this chair was used to be put on the main side of a living room in pairs which were called Tai-Shi-Yi, the lord's chair. This is a blue and white brush rest for a scholar study. The brush rest is manufactured in the likeness of blue and white wares on which Arabic and Persian inscriptions appear during the reign of emperor Cheng-Te, Ming dynasty. A rare blue & white saucer dish, decorated inside the center with a fish and underside with four fishes among water weed. Condition with tiny old chip to the rim, no cracks and free from restoration as well. Ming dynasty late 15th to early 16th century. Diameter: 10 cm.
Description: A beautiful covered metal box was delicately chased and carved with traditional Chinese scenes like pagodas, mountain ridges and pine troves as main picture on the cover's surface. Added more with good metaphors like bats, chrysanthemums and flying magpies on the box's outer surface, this alloyed box therefore became a nice cosmetic holder for the use of a fair lady. With tightly fitted cover, the box was in very good condition.

This is a Song dynasty (960 – 1276 A.D.) white glaze stem cup. It rest on a flared foot rising inwards to a short neck and then towards a everted u-shaped cup. It has a simple abstract cloud like wave motive between two bands of lines. On the underside, the white glaze flow stopped short at about half way down the stem exposing the light buff colour stoneware. A nice piece.

An early Ming dynasty blue & white bowl, decorated outside with Lotus petals around the rim and inside the center with a nicely Chinese calligraphy of "Fu" character, it's so simple but unique and beautifully, brown glaze finish to rim and base unglazed. Early Ming late 14th to early 15th century, possibly Hongwu-Jianwen private kiln ware. Condition is perfect, no chips and no cracks. Collected in South-Sulawesi area.
