This is a finely potted Song dynasty qingpai covered box in the shape of pumpkin from the Hutian yao kiln. The colour is that of aqua sea greenish glzed.

Generally in good condition with the exception of some minor chip at the base of the covered box. Other wise no chip, crack, resoration or repair. Glaze in good condition. No glaze crazing or fritting.

The measurement of the pumpkin shaped covered box: the height is 11.2con and the diameter is 10.5cm.

A Song longquan celadon large bowl, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl decorated with raising lotus petal motif at exterior, covered with bluish green glaze. Condition : a hairline 3 cm. Size: 20.5 cm diameter 8 cm height.

Longquan porcelain covered with green celadon glaze. Glazed Base. Southern Song 南宋 (1127–1279). Measurement : Diameter: 12.5 cm. Condition : no chips, cracks or hairlines and free from restorations.

Porcelain covered by blue green celadon glaze to foot rim and decorated with impresive flower on the center. Glazed base with greyish foot. MEASUREMENT : Diameter = 33.5 cm PERIOD : 12 th-14 th Century Longquan Kilns, Zhejiang CONDITION : a minor firing crack to the rim, no cracks, chips, or hairlines and free from restoration.

Pale green glazed, firing ring base. Interior decorated carved floral pattern. Dimater = 15 cm Longquan Kilns, Zhejiang, Yuan Dynasty. Condition : shipwreck glaze, short hairline (3 cm).

 

A rare b/w bowl, well balance and decorated to the exterior with continuously flower scrolls, inside the center with a 'FU' character within double circle. Ming dynasty 15th century Yongle period. Condition; re-touched one flake chip and one small D shape crack (pictures before re-touched available as request), further in good condition. Diameter: 15 cm.

Description: A black-glazed tea bowl was uniquely shaped in a stout way. Molded by a narrowed wall, the foot had a rolled ring at the bottom. Having been cleaned professionally though, the luster of the glaze was retrospective when subtle brownish tint was amid the evenly applied black glaze. Date: Jin to Yuan period, Provenance: Tinlin kiln Fujiang Province. Width: 11.5cm, Height: 5.7cm.

A rare stucco head of Bodhisattva was preserved in very good condition.
Exemplifying the serene beauty of Song sculptural art, the deity’s head dress was an ornate tiara which had been partially damaged.
In holy facial expression, the Bodhisattva was molded and carved by the features of a Chinese lady.
When applied with white pigment on the face, the Bodhisattva was decorated with glassed eyes.

A fine Chinese Ming dynasty period large storage jar with dragon design the top has loops to tie the wooden top for long term storage. Beautiful museum quality example large in size and fine in form measuring approx. 35.5 inches.

A very rare Song Celadon censer with spotted. A pair a stylized fish-shaped handles set at its shoulders. PERIOD : Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD) MEASUREMENTS: 9.5 cm wide, 5 cm height. CONDITION: restorations to the missing handles, no other damages or restorations.

A very unusual stretch bracelet with old ivory of a hand and club,Ming glass beads,striped Tang beads and a old bronze ball. The bracelet is strung with a stretch material to fit all sizes. A nice piece of Chinese antiques to wear.

 

A beautiful antique carved stone statue of a Hindu deity 10 - 11th century. Of a red sandstone measuring approx. 18.5 inches tall. A fine example would be a nice addition to any collection.

A large Yuan dynasty longquan celadon charger. It is decorated with the incised flower on the center and cavetto. It is in very good condition except restoration to the 3 cm x 1 cm missing part on the rim. Diameter: 36 cm.

Rare Vietnamese 13th / 14th Century Lotus Petal Bowl

This attractively-shaped bowl was made during the 13th - 14th Century. Very similar in form and style of Chinese celadons of this period, this example is Vietnamese. The outer wall has a carved or moulded lotus petal pattern with the tips of the petals finished with incised decoration. The bowl is coated in quite a thick crackled olive-green glaze...

Description:
A Longquan jarlet was mold with two looped handles nearing to the short neck.
By retrospective celadon tint, the jarlet was yielded on the surface with enduring old crackles in the glaze.
Characteristic firing red was rendered at the body clay underneath.
Being added with a wooden plug, the ancient jarlet can be a fine tea caddy for a practical use.
