The center of the slightly domed cover carved with floral, the details finely incised, covered inside and out with a greenish-olive glaze that continues onto the countersunk base. EARLY NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY, 10TH CENTURY 5¼ in. (13.4 cm.) diam a firing fault, no chips or hairlines and free from restorations. This beautiful box with its delicately colored glaze is typical of the fine Yue wares made at the Zhejiang kilns in the 10th century...

Or in another metaphor- Xan Young Kai Tai - lucks always come in triple or more, this snuff bottle was done with near-real imitation of a crystal piece in transparent quality and in weight, all these were highly recommended skills in traditional glass making industry...

Yuan blue and white double gourd ewer decorated by chrysanthemum scroll motif, unglazed base. Height = 11 cm Yuan dynasty 14th century. Condition : Professional restoration to the a half body missing part.

This is Ming dynasty, Wanli period deep polychrome large swatow bowl. It stands on a short foot rim with a recess base. From the foot rim, it everted slightly and upwards, and then towards a mildly everted mouth rim.

The flattened centre of the bowl depicts the drawing of a very artistic “Hai Ma” shown crossing the sea surrounded by bellows of waves. On the cavetto, there are nine panels of some form of flowering plants while there are eleven panels on the outside of the bowl...

This is a beautiful Qing dynasty blue enamel glazed small basin. The basin rise from a shallow base upwards into a u shaped everted flat rim of 3.5cm. On the outside of the basin, it is painted with three pairs of peony flowers. On the flat rim, it is decorated with lotus flowers as viewed from the top interspersed with mosaic design. On the cavetto, it is decorated with chrysanthemum flowers and four out of the eight Daoist immortal embalms. They are lotus flowers, castanets, flute and sword...

 

A very nice example of a splashed iron spot decorated Jar. Qingbai glaze over a porcelain body. Jingdezhen ware, Song Dynasty 12th. century. H : 8 cm. Diameter : 11.5 cm. Condition : very good, two tiny frittings glazed on the body, no chips, cracks, hairlines and free from restorations.

A very rare shard sample of Yuan dynasty shufu qingbai bowl, this shard is decorated with beautiful incised ilustration , there is good sample drawing of dragon. this shards is very good for studying and comparison to any one who interested in studying early Chinese porcelain.

Sawankhalok celadon stoneware kendi with a cup-shaped mouth and a buffalo form. 15th century. wide. 20 cm. Perfect condition, no chips, cracks or hairlines and free from restorations.

A Song longquan celadon unusual shape dish, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl decorated with raising lotus petal motif at exterior, covered with bluish green glaze. Condition : restored to the chip on the rim. Size: 23.5 cm diameter.

Probably depicting an ancestor or a Taoist deity seated on a horseshoe back chair. H. 28 cm. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Very good condition with nice wear and patina. There is a repair to the left front leg of the chair. This repair was done in iron and seems to be a repair from the period of manufacture. Old collection number on the back. Provenance: Dutch private collection.

Shallow form bowl with curved side flaring to lipped rim, carved to the center with a bird bearing a flower spring in its beak, encircled by a foliate scroll border with combed detail, covered overall in a crackled pale olive-green glaze, the foot rim and base unglazed. Diameter : 28 cm Period : Northern Song Condition : small chip to the backside rim, no cracks or hairlines and free from restorations.

Kendi, decorated with sancai colours with twin dragons. The base is glazed. PERIOD :Ming Dynasty (17th Century) MEASUREMENTS: 18 cm wide, 23 cm height. CONDITION: crack to the body and mouting by metal.

A Southern Song Jizhou black glaze covered with slightly thick dark brown - black glaze unglazed base. Song Dynasty ( 12th - 13th centuries , Jizhou central Jiangxi province. Bowl is in good condition with 2 fritting on the rim and 1 hairline. Size: 12 cm diameter, 8 cm height.

A male back Mandarin square with a leopard, denoting the 3rd military rank. Silk tapestry (kossu, k'o-suu) with metallic threads and painted details. The animal is standing on a rock above deep water, the ground with Taoist longevity symbols. The background was probably covered by peacock feathers, rarely survived to the present days.
