This is an early and very large and beautiful pin by Matilde Poulat. All of the coral and turquoise stones are present and original and the faceted amethyst is a rare touch. This intricate piece measures 3 1/4" wide and 3 1/4" long. Excellent original condition and signed MATL in script. A remarkable example of her early work.

EXQUISITE sterling and red Mediterranean coral hair band by Frank Patania Sr. Beautiful center floral design complimented by the side raindrop shaped stones. This hair band measures 13" around in the inside and is 1 1/4" wide at the center flower. It is all original and in fine condition. It is hallmarked in two places as shown. Fabulous in every way.

Description:

A pair of Jizhou jars was intriguingly molded in imitation of two woven bamboo boxes.
By typical characteristics of sticking-rice-like body clay which revealed at the lower portion of the boxes and the flat foot rings, the ware’s glaze was kept in very good condition.
On the surface, clear and crispy patterns were beautifully defined. Hand-crafted knobs were skillfully added on the top of the caps.
Some adhesives were preserved on the surface for authentication...

A beautiful mid-century modern sterling and azur-malachite necklace and matching clip earrings by Erika Hult de Corral. Erika trained as an artist in Paris and then moved to Taxco in the 60s. She apprenticed with Sigi Pineda and his influence is surely reflected in the spectacular design of these pieces. The necklace measures 19" long and is 1 1/8" wide at the front. It has a secure push in clasp. The earrings measure 3/4" long and 1/2" wide...

Beautiful and rare sterling and carved obsidian mask bracelet by Abraham Paz,c.1930 . Pieces with his own hallmark are rare to find as many of his designs were bought by Fred Davis who then used his own hallmark on the creation. This bracelet measures 6 1/2" end to end and is 3/4" wide. It is in fine original condition and signed as shown. A great opportunity to own a Paz piece.

This is a charming lobed shaped tea-pot standing on four small individual feet. On one side it has a painting of a pair of sparrow in a blooming lotus pond. On the other side, it has a poem written on it. Circa. early Chinese Republic period 1940s-1950s.

No hairline crack, glaze fritting, damage, repair or restoration. The tea-pot is in good condition.

The dimension of the tea-pot: The height is 11.7cm, the length is 22cm and the width is 10cm.

All of the parts are turned on a lathe, except for the seat which is let into the supporting seat rails. This portrait is a copy of an original by Scotland's most noted painter of portraits, Sir Henry Raeburn. This copy has descended in the Grant-Suttie family since its being commissioned and was painted by a Scottish female painter, Agnes Campbell Imlach, being signed on the verso of the canvas...

Signed in kana “Mitsuhiro” and dated 1972 in white ink at the lower left corner of the image. Pencil-signed “M. Unno,” titled in kanji, and numbered 16/100 in the lower right margin. A very unusual Shino-yaki ceramic Tsuri-doro hanging lantern with bronze handle and chain dating from the early 20th century, Meiji to Taisho period. Made in the shape of a thatched house, four ragged posts support the roof and delineate the rounded sides. A different opening is seen on all four sides, a square door, grated circular window, The character Hisa, and a latticed circular window. The white glaze is scorched red on the edge of the roof...
