A water dropper was in intriguing twin toad's shape.
In characteristic mustard tint, the vessel was merged by two halves made from clay molds.
Finger prints were left on the clay body by the potter when in the squeezing and applying method of the pieces.
There were obvious incursions happened to the thinner portion of the glaze.
The toads were in uniquely fiercing look which was a iconological characteristic of the dated periods...

Using a combination of azurite and malachite the Los Castillo taller created a fantastic line of jewelry based on the almost lost ancient Aztec art of stone inlay. The charm bracelet here is a fantastic example of the technique and one of the most interesting "Mozaico Azteca" pieces by the Castillos I have encountered. The Greek key links are connected with flexible, sturdy hinges and the stone mosaic is done in warm, earthy colors with accents of deep blue and greens...
