Description: A fine jade pendant was carved in a shape of a gourd enwind with vines, leaves, stalks and plums. By the excellent quality of a Hou-Tien jade which was in slight greenish tint and had a lovely transparent look, the pebble was maneuvered skillfully depicting the full gourd with twisted leaves, tendrils, blossoming flowers and the strong stems. This is a beautifully gilded Old Paris porcelain coffee can and saucer, late 18th/early 19th Century; marked with "MD" over crossed branches, decorated all over with foliate gilt scrolls and with a central medallion of children gathering apples; 3" high.

This slender expressive statue represents the right hand of the Buddhist female deity worshiped as Quanyin in China, White Lotus in the US, Tara in Tibet, and Kuan Eim in Thailand, etc. The hand retains much of the original paint remains and is mounted on its own display stand. The hand alone is 14 inches high and including the stand is approx 18 inches high.

English George IV sterling silver wine jug, London, 1829, by silversmith Benjamin Preston. Size: 9 3/8 in. ht. x 7 1/2" x 5 in. 23.3 Troy ounces. An attractive and substantial hot water or wine jug, adorned with applied acanthus leaf motifs and repousse work. and supported on three scrolled feet. Engraved with family monogram in a cartouche, and with later presentation from 1928 on base. Nice condition but with a single push in on the underside where one foot attaches.

Rare pair of Scottish sterling silver spurs from the Georgian period, bearing hallmarks for Edinburgh, 1813, maker N&G. These spurs are decorated with gadrooning and retain their original silver buckles and leather straps (not pictured). Condition is excellent, apart from two broken teeth on one of the iron rowels. An very well carved erotic jade of two lovers with a floral patterned robe partially covering their bodies. The jade is translucent and of an even white color. A pair of porcelain covered sauce tureens with under plates from a dessert service. Circa 1815-1820. These English porcelain tureens are richly decorated with gilt scrolls and hand painted summer flowers. They are unmarked, but are possibly either Spode or Coalport. Condition of the tureens is excellent, though there is considerable wear to the decoration on the under plates. No chips, cracks or restoration. In ivory look but actually was a bone piece, it was not unusual when ivory had been very precious and bone materials would be used instead.

This appears to be an incarnation of Shindara Daisho of the 12 guardian deities (Juni Shinsho). He has glass eyes and stands on the original Daiza.. The Deity is 21 inches (53.5 cm) tall, total height with stand is 33 inches (83 cm). Later Edo period (18th-19th century). The left hand has been replaced.
