A chaozhu made of pierced and enameled silver or silver plated metal filigree beads. 90 small beads with crane design between three large "Buddha's head" beads. Three strings each with 10 dark beads ending in a teardrop bead. The tape which hung down the back with an oblong plaque between a double gourd and a teardrop bead. Dimension: 112 cm long. Weight: 174 gram. Condition: traces of usage: several beads with enamel loss, perhaps some beads missing.

Wonderful vintage mannequin from France; circa 1950's or 60's. Marked "Siegel et Stockman, Paris" on the back; size 46. Linen covered body has some very minor staining and very slight denting on one shoulder & one breast. The top cap does not fit flush against the neck of the mannequin, this is perhaps not the original body for the stand, but it is how we purchased it in France. Nothing to detract from the charm of this vintage dressform. Overall a wonderful decorative (or usable!) piece...
