A large wooden lidded box of rectangular shape. The surfaces all finely inlaid with micro-mosaic of colored wood, brass and bone, forming stellar motifs. A white jade Houtien jade pebble was capped to a silver ring.
By pure and greasy-feel quality, the jade was in mutton white and slight celadon tint.
Inscriptions of Guang-xu Nien Zhi (Made in Guang-xu reign)was found underside. They were well carved by regular scripts.
Motifs of a dragon and a phoenix were decorated on each side.

A nice small qingpai funerary powder box in the shape of the lotus flower in three small pod. The flowers petals has dropped off showing the base of the flowers.
In good condition with the exception of some expected abrasion and manufacturing faults as shown in the photographs. Some rough edges and minute sand grits on the cover. No damage, crack, chip or any restoration.

A beautiful Mandarin square dating from the early Jiaqing period. A male back buzi with a silver pheasant bird, denoting the fifth civil rank. On dark silk entirely embroidered in Peking knot, blue silk lining. Reference: Ladder to the Clouds, Jackson & Hugus Berkeley 1999, Page 250 - No. 15.032 very similar badge. Condition: good - slightly impure, the back lining with some water stains. Dimensions: 29,2 cm high x 30,5 cm wide.

A finely mold Junyao Meiping was in decent form.
It was decorated on the surface with characteristic and favored purple splashes.
Obviously unearthed from burial, the bottle was found on the surface with harden adhesives when wiring glaze crackles were yielded in a charming way.

This seated figure, a Lohan or Scholar, is very nicely modeled, with good detail and form. It measures 3 3/8" high x 2 5/8" wide and is covered in a soft turquoise colored glaze, which is translucent, and varied in intensity of color, being deeper colored where the glaze has pooled. there are very tiny dark spots apparent in the glaze, some more visible on back and shoulders...
