This signed, handsome and distinguished pair is more than fine looking: a heavy rectangular face with polished, horizontal bars that alternate with dark grooves (I believe enamel, rather than oxidized). Next is the Sigi-esque enhancement of a surmounted, polished boomerang. One cuff link is marked Sigi TASCO (each inside connecting ovals) and numbered 38 (or 33). A remarkable vintage sterling bracelet with 7 vibrant deep red coral saw tooth bezel set stones by Carmelo Patania who was the brother of Frank Patania Sr. It measures 6" around in the inside plus a 1 1/4" opening and is 1 1/8" wide. Weighing 69 grams, it is in fine original condition with no chips or cracks to the stones. Signed as shown. The stones are spectacular in color and the chiseling and nugget trim add additional interest to the piece.

This large Native American Ring is a size 6. It features sawtooth, bezel-set coral and turquoise on sterling silver with a floral "background." It measures just under 2" x just under 1" x 1/4". The shank has been cut (see pictures). It is in excellent condition.

This remarkable ring is a size 6.25. It is a sterling silver, amber ring, circa 1970s. The sterling silver, textured setting "grabs" the large amorphous amber gem. It is marked STERLING. It has good heft (1/2 oz) and is in excellent condition.

This biomorphic pin c. 1950’s is made of mixed metals: sterling silver and copper, like many of Popowski’s pieces. It has an inlay of crushed stone (azurmalachite). The pin has the top layer (described above), sitting on a layer (of just over 1/8”) of obsidian backed by a layer of sterling. This is a very early work from Sigi Pineda, and dates to the early 1950's when he first opened his own shop. The shop was named "Plateros", later renamed "Sigi".

It's an amazing piece, with three huge red coral branches in a modernist setting which is sterling silver with 14k gold plated over it. The gold is perfect and even throughout, both front and back. The coral measures from 2 1/4" to 2 1/16"...

A substantial sterling silver chain composed of doubled rings, bars and beads with connecting links; there is a central ring for attaching a pendant, or the chain can be worn as is. The secure box clasp bears what appears to be the maker’s mark of Beto, as pictured in Bille Hougart’s Mexican silver marks book, third edition, p. 27. The eagle 22 is the most legible mark; the others are not entirely clear. The chain measures 27 ½ inches long, unclasped. Weight: 38 grams

Beautifully worked and quite generous in size this late Victorian / Edwardian locket pendant is, I am assuming, a US-made piece since it is not hallmarked at all. Elegantly monogrammed on the back, it opens to reveal a glass-protected case for the photo of your loved one...

This great sterling silver ring has an oval, central blue gem turquoise gem: petit point bezel-set. The stone sits with the decorative stamped outline. It is a size 9; but, has an adjuster. The front measures 1 1/4" x 1". It has good heft, weighing over 1 ounce. The back is marked TG.

This elegant pin/pendant consists of an oval of onyx in a sterling frame. The bail tests as 14kt, the pin stem tests as 10k yellow gold. In the center are inlaid gold stars, and along the periphery are inlaid flowers, most likely platinum. The frame is decorated with a silver twist, and a floral motif. This lovely Antonio Pineda 970 Silver Bracelet features thick heavy links with a stylized leaf motif. Featured in the book Silver Masters of Mexico on page 181, it measures 6 7/8" long by 1" wide and has a substantial weight of 82.7 grams. Slender, elongated, hand-wrought fine silver feathers that end in a playful curl make up this set of "swan wing" modernist earrings by Antonio Pineda. I have to admit that this is one of the most unexpected Antonio creations I have ever encountered. When I first saw it, I thought that the clip-ons would have to surely be a later replacement yet I have since seen a similar pair and that one too had the same findings. A pair of vintage brooches from the American Studio Modernist jeweler, John Lewis, one in the shape of a 6 pointed star and the other a whale. Great hammered textures.

The whale measures 3 1/8" long and 5/8" wide. The star measures 1 3/8" across and 1 1/4" high.

Both are marked Sterling and with the crossed JL mark of the artist. The clasps hold securely. They are in fine condition with some minor scratches. Warm patina.

Danish silversmith Gertrude Engel made this unique, modernist ring. Her signature is found on many Anton Michelsen pieces, along with the AM crown maker’s mark (as she designed for that firm). This ring, however, is solely signed by her (see pictures). The rounded band of heavy gauge silver is 1/2” wide. It has a cluster of 10 bezel set carnelian cabochons. It is signed “Gengel,” in script (her maker’s mark), and “925S” and is in excellent condition. It is about a size 5.

This mid-century bracelet from Margot is a large wide spectacular standout piece. Hand-wrought with superb repoussé silver work, this is certainly one of the most magnificent designs Margot ever created, and it's in absolutely pristine vintage condition. Ca 1960 A fabulous wide sterling cuff by Francisco Rebajes featuring a smooth gray banded agate stone encased in twisted wire. This unusual silver lariat necklace draws on its Nordic roots with a twisted, notched spike at each end in the Viking manner.
