A lithograph print of a typical northern New Mexican adobe house of the Santa Fe and Taos region, signed in the plate at lower center with what appears as "J Hill" and dated nearby 48. The black and white image measures 6 1/4" by 9 1/4" inside the mat, 15" by 17 1/2" in simple black wood strip frame. Not examined out of frame but appears very clean and fresh. I have not been able to locate a listed artist by this name that would correspond to this work.

Lithograph on paper, 22 1/4" by 25 7/8" inside the mat (30" by 23" as framed), signed in pencil at lower right and numbered 47/180 at lower left, by important 20th century Spanish artist EMILIO GRAU-SALA (1911-1975). This is an apparently clean example (not examined out of frame) of the lithography of this major European artist, the paintings of whom command well into five figures at auctions in Europe and the USA...

This is an image of the original W/C which was painted several years back some early summer. The scene is quite different than the one seen in the national news coverage of the Mother's Day flood 2006 extensive and serious flooding of this Methuen MA river dam. Today, the 140+ year old granite structure appears to be holding steady. A funny side note: 2 foot carp were found swimming in the then flooded playing field nearby! PS...

A vintage etching of Sacre Coeur church in Montmartre district of Paris, circa 1945, pencil signed by the artist at lower right margin and bearing his red stamp at lower left margin. The unframed print measures 17 1/2" by 12 1/4". Paper is heavily browned with age, though evenly so; there is some discoloration in margins, and lower left corner is a bit bent. Frame with fresh mat and the margin issues disappear and you have a solid etching of Sacre Coeur...

Sepia-toned photograph of coconut palms in Hawaii, seemingly in a rice paddy type setting, framed apparently circa 1930 give or take a few years (there being an original old framer/art supply label from Pacific Picture Framing at 1050 Nuuanu St., ("below the hotel"), Honolulu, T.H. (Territory of Hawaii). This would appear to be a downtown Honolulu address, perhaps known today as Nuuanu AVENUE. The exact age of the photo is hard to determine. It is in excellent condition...

An old etching of Notre Dame cathedral in central Paris, viewed from the south bank of the Seine river, titled at bottom "Pont de l'Archeveche Paris", artist name K. Gautier (LUCIEN GAUTIER, 1850-1925) at lower left margin. The print measures 9 3/4" by 14 3/4" (13" by 18" in silvery metal framing). There are some fox marks in the field and typical browning/light soiling seen on an antique print; also a slight bit of raising of the paper surface at extreme right corner...

The frame size: 28"x 31" Image size: 19 1/4" x16 1/2". The subject of serigraph title, "Op Sail". It has bay scene with Yacht and ships. It has very subtle colors of blue, grey, yellow and dark red were used. It is excellent condition of Serigraph and frame. It is signed and numbered 106/150 by the artist, Phillip Kelsey and numbered on lower right in pencil. It is Original Serigraph, not Offset print. Printed on Arches paper. It came with Certificate of Authenticity as photographed.

Original woodcut circa 1930's, the subject a man working machinery in an urban setting with high rise buildings, stamped at lower right margin with the estate stamp of American artist IRVING GEORGE LEHMAN (1900-1983). The work is unframed and currently housed in a mat, and is taped at extreme top edge in two places, to that mat. There is a roughly rectangular pressed-in area of the paper at lower left and some wrinkling of the extremely delicate thin paper at bottom. Sheet measures 15" by 10 1/4...

A true lithograph, possibly titled "Litografia VI", 9 1/2" by 12 1/2" inside the mat, 12 1/2" by 15 1/2" including the mat, unframed, by the famous Spanish modern artist who needs little introduction, JOAN MIRO (1893-1983). I do not know when this was produced or if the edition was limited. The mat is permanently glued down over the work, which is also apparently permanently affixed to the foamboard backing.
