Dark pink Block glass knife with box. It measures 8 1/8 inches. There are no chips on the blade.

The jar is in excellent condition. The lid is in very good condition with some fading of one yellow tulip.

Measuring 9 inches long x 7 wide x 1.25 deep, this circa 1920's, children's architectural, wooden block set, likely made in Germany, is in near perfect condition!

The set appears to have been lightly used, if at all! Nearly all blocks are present, and all of these are in wonderful condition! It appears that one red triangular block is missing along with the four rectangular pieces needed to complete the second window frame (the second paper window insert remains)...

The sign with its flat black background, features a decorative free-hand, skill-fully executed, corner-looped edge design in old white paint advertising: SLEEPING ROOM FOR RENT.

Beneath the words 'FOR RENT', the words "WHITE ONLY" have been covered over with a layer of similar-colored background paint...

Presented as a historical and cultural artifact, this seldom-found, vintage, 1942, Ten Little Colored Boys book illustrated by Emery I. Gondor and published by Howell, Soskin Publishers, New York, is in very good condition.

Measuring 10.75 inches wide x 8.25 inches long, the book has seen extremely gentle use as evidenced by the minimal wear of the little boys' heads which, while providing visual interest, are primarily present to allow easy turning of each page...

A beautiful silver compact with the exterior sides inlaid with natural organic material. Opening this gem reveals a mirror and a heavily filigreed lid to the interior compartment which contains powder and a puff. Superbly crafted and with no damage or restoration, the compact measures 3 1/4" by 2 7/8", and is 1/2" thick.

Antique late 18th-early 19th-century American gilt bronze and blackened desk letter wax seals handle in typical American federal style manner. The handle is composed of solid blackened bronze orb adorned with two American Bald eagles with large spread wings, clutching a bundle of arrows in its left talon, and an olive branch in its right talon, together symbolizing that the United States has "a strong desire for peace, but will always be ready for war...

A large cast bronze Department 56 recumbent pig used in a store or window display to feature their Jam Bon Farmhouse china collection (See last photo of same pig as a Dept. 56 Jam Bon butter dish). A truly unique piece with very nice detailing and a Department 56 label on the bottom. The label also says, "Made in India", but it looks Chinese to me and I haven't been able to find any Indian pigs that vaguely resembles this one. I'll let you decide...

A vintage lobby card for the film "Julia Misbehaves", 1948, starring Greer Carson, Walter Pidgeon, Peter Lawford, a young Elizabeth Taylor, and Cesar Romero. The print measures 11" by 14" in its present black metal frame. It shows its age with small holes in upper margin from old nails, small margin tear, and some paper loss in center showing as white areas in photo. Mat this and put in a proper frame for optimal display...
