A set of 6 Tiffin Diana Pink Athens elegant glass plates. These lovely elegant glass etched 6 1/4" plates are in the scarce pink colour. This set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, repairs or damage. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. Set of four Bohemian glasses, each hand painted with a different pair of dogs. We're not dog experts, but they appear to be Scotties, wolfhounds, spaniels and Dalmatians. The quality of the painting is very nice, as is the quality of the glass. The top and bottom edges are decorated with gilt lines. The polished bottoms are acid-etched "Made In Czechoslovakia".

Origin: Czechoslovakia, 1918-1935. Condition: excellent, slight wear to gilt edges. Size: 5-3/4" tall.

These beautiful plates were designed by Reuben Haley and produced by the Consolidated Glass Company in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Five fruits' and is one of Consolidated's scarce tableware lines. Approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter, the color is green ceramic wash over crystal. This beautiful comport was made by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the piece was produced in the late 1920's. Approximately 6 1/2 inches in diameter, 3 inches high. Color is yellow ceramic wash over crystal. Perfect condition. See my other listings for a matching comport in green and another in purple.

The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 12 oz tumbler in ruby. The tumbler is 5 inches high and in perfect condition. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in emerald green. The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. I have other items in this pattern available, just ask.

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in the rare white ceramic wash. I have 6 available, price is per tumbler. Consolidated Glass Company made the Catalonian pattern in 1926. Made to look like glass found in Spain at the archaeological sites, Catalonian is characterized by interior bubbles and raised rings on the surface of the glass. This pair of candlesticks is in excellent condition with no damage. I have other items in this pattern available, email for details.

Laurel is a depression glass pattern that was made by the McKee Glass Company in the 1930's. This covered cheese dish is the French Ivory color. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more in this pattern.

Lovely glass paperweight button featuring a swirled pink and white rose set off by three green leaves and adventurine on an opaque white ground.

Origin:Possibly Charles Kaziun, Brockton, Mass., ca. 1950s but more likely Czechoslovokia, 1920's. Charles Kaziun produced this same style paperweight button with 4 leaves instead of three and with a looped wire shank without a shankplate. Condition: mint. Size: 7/16" diam.

4 hand enameled cocktail glasses featuring colorful roosters. Unlike most rooster glasses, these do not depict a cock fight--so none of the glasses has a dead chicken on it!

The glasses have gilding along the rims and around the feet. Very colorful!

Origin: American, ca. 1930's. Condition: excellent condition, except the gilding has a bit of wear and one glass has a tiny nick at the edge of the foot. Size: 3-5/8" tall.

Fine quality carafe with matching glass or tumbler which fits over top of carafe, both in blue and white swirled designs on clear glass, polished lip and bases, signature, mid century era. The blue is cobalt, it appears to have a turquoise hue in some of the photos. Measures 7 1/2" high with glass on top, carafe alone is 6 1/2" high and roughly 4 1/2" wide, the glass is 3 7/8" high and 2 3/4" wide. The swirl design is very precise, the sign of fine quality glass, and it is heavy as well...

Twelve inch tall Libbey milk pitcher as shown in the 1930 - 32 Libbey Nash catalog as shape K - 527. The 32 ounce capacity pitcher is decorated hooked rose threading and has a plain applied strap handle. The pitcher is signed with the Libbey circle on the polished pontil.

A 9 inch tall Wisteria goblet identified as Steuben shape 7182. The unsigned goblet is pictured in the online shape gallery on the Frederick Carder Steuben Club. This goblet has an engraved mark on the edge of the polished pontil that reads “F. D.” The initials are engraved in reverse so that when seen through the foot they read correctly. Per the Carder Steuben Club shape gallery the pattern on the goblet is “unknown.”

Pair of early 20th C Tiffin yellow Vaseline glass candle holders with barley twist stems supported by a bell base with an etched floral design. All my photos are shot in natural light against a white or black background. The candleholders are heavy in weight and look much better than I could capture in the photos. Wonderful colorless bulbous Steuben cologne bottle, shape 3404, with amethyst cintra rim at the top and having the original amethyst cintra petal stopper. The bottle is unsigned and is 3 3/4 inches in diameter and stands 5 inches tall with the stopper. There is a large polished pontil mark.

In the mid-1930s, Venini engaged Carlo Scarpa to design innovative glass surface textures and this historical gem, "A BOLLICINE", survives in excellent condition! The base is polished and has 2 acid stamps: "venini murano" and "MADE IN ITALY", measuring 2" H, 3 3/4" W, 3 3/4"D. See CARLO SCARPA, Glass of an Architect by Mario Barovier, P. 206

Rare hand blown Bohemian style Murano Glass cobalt blue tea set with applied white enameled flowers in high relief, monogrammed saucers and footed cups. Custom made and purchased on Murano Island, Venice, Italy in the 1900's. Total of 22 pieces, 2 of which are lids, the set offers teapot with lid (8.25" high), sugar with lid (4.5" high), creamer (5.25" high), 5 large footed cups (3.75" high), 6 small footed cups (3" high), 6 saucers (5.5" diameter).

This elegant and amazing sculptural bowl form, attr Fratelli Toso in the 1970s, has a strong presence to accent its environment. Done in the Sommerso technique, with clear, pale blue and red, the free-form flow reminds the viewer that glass is a liquid. Tip to tip is 12", height 6", width 5". Bottom is polished. It is in excellent condition.

A small cranberry Moser mug or spa glass enameled in the “Fantasy” pattern and with a gold handle. The mug is 3 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter at the top. There is some wear to the gold on the handle.

This Fazzoletto bowl utilizes the filigrana a retortoli technique, used in Murano since the 16th century; jade green and lattimo "netted" vertical canes produce this elegant coloring. Venini's fazzoletto design is documented in numerous books, most recently in "Paulo Venini and His Furnace" by Marino Barovier and Carla Sunego, P.131. Made in the 1950's, this beauty is 4"hx5"w and in excellent condition

This charming stylized snail by Livio Seguso, exemplifies the finesse of the Venetian Glass maestros' skills in interpreting their natural environment with hot glass. In the detail images the snail is shown with a shell form by Seguso from an earlier time: Seguso Vetri d'Arte, mid 1930's. Whimsical Decanter by Fratelli Toso created circa 1960.

Decanter is of simple form with applied features resembling that of a sad dog, pleading coyly with upturned eyes. The clear green glass body has opaque lines running down from the top of the neck of the bottle to just below the top of the dogs ears and eyes. The dogs eyes lattimo (milk) glass with green glass pupils looking upwards...

16094272 A Carder era Steuben Verre de Soie cologne bottle with a light blue jade stopper. The bottle is shown as shape 1988 in the Steuben factory line drawings and is 7 3/4 inches tall with the stopper. There is a polished pontil mark but the bottle is unsigned as was normal on most Verre de Soie items.

An exquisitely crafted candleholder executed in the pure palate of crystal glass with gold inclusion that is a hallmark of Archimede Seguso's work. The masterful sculpting of the flowers is remarkable. 9" x 4" x 4.5" This fine piece is in perfect condition.
