This well carved 1970’s jade (jadeite) pendant is half of an inch thick and 2 inches in diameter. It depicts two Qi Lin (or Qi Ren) facing each other on the top, and two stylized characters of “Shou” (Longevity) are carved on the bottom. It is in great condition.

A pair of cotton tabi with sashiko and a pair of kokake. Tabi is made of hand-spun white cotton and has nice sashiko for strength. Soles are machine-woven. Kokake is also made of hand-spun cotton and dyed with vegetable indigo and has fine sashiko for also strength. There are Chinese Characters written in black calligraphy style on all four(4) sides. Some iron mounting area on the bottom is rusted and left rough wooden surface.
Vintage Japanese Satsuma tea set with 2 cups with lids and a teapot with bamboo handle. the set is dedicated for a honorary gift written in gold on the back side and each cup and the teapot are signed. Good condition though there is some staining from use. This set was purchased in 1990 in Kagoshima . No damage wear to gold, size cup h 3" to finial and 3" wide the teapot 4.25 to top of finial.

This textile is from Jaghori in central Afghanistan. It measures 25 x 26 centimeters and is in excellent condition. It is embroidered in cross stitch in silk thread and tightly worked into an overall composition that is very typical of the embroidery from this area.

A woman's shirt front from Baluchistan, mid to 20th century, in a combination of blanket stitch, herringbone and satin stitch on green cotton in a diamond repeat pattern. It measures 30.5 x 47 cm. A dress ("pashk") covered with detailed embroidery is everyday attire for Baluch women. The embroidered diamond repeat pattern is known as "paraiz zarto" in the language of the Baluch.
