Measuring 15 x 16.5 this embroidered purse from Afghanistan is in excellent condition and dates to the mid to late 20th century. Silk thread on cotton, in satin stich and brick stitch. White beads on corded tassels surround the edges. Condition is excellent. Estimated age late 20th century.

The Parson - Royal Dolton collector's plate from the Occupational Professionals series. Size: 10.5 in. 20th Century. Nice condition.

Jeannette Butterfly Smoking Set is mostly in mint condition. The large butterfly and 2 of the smaller ones are in mint condition. The other two small butterflies do have issues with the gold trimming. Sold as a complete set. Made in the 1940's.

Pretty set of eight bone china coasters by Royal Worcester. Each has a hand painted transfer-printed floral bouquet design. The outer edges are ridged and the rims are gilt. In addition to their original purpose, the coasters could also be used for nut dishes or even butter pats.

Origin: England, ca. 1970. Condition: excellent, no chips or cracks. Size: 3-9/16" diameter.

Fabulously textured burl wood tea ceremony flower vase. Bamboo insets on both the bottom and top hold flowers. Late Taisho Period c. 1930 okimono. Usually placed in the Tokonoma or alcove with scroll above. Perfect condition. Ask for shipping quote. H:15" x W:6"

Sterling silver and glass jam jar. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1950. Jar is clear glass with horizontal lobing. Cover is silver and in form of apple half with stem. Cover hallmark includes no. 23. Nice condition.

Duncan & Miller Canterbury Shakers with Tray. Made from 1938-55. All three pieces in excellent condition.

This Fenton ruby overlay vase is 6" tall .

There are no chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.

It is a beautiful kimono in excellent condition. The black dye changed it's color to a current black which has a tint of brown. The silk is in a super good condition. The design is the favorite design of Kakiemon, the hoo bird and the leaves of the paulownia tree. The hoo bird has been associated with the Empress in Japan and her crest is an elegantly designed paulownia leaves.

Japanese pair of white cloisonne vase with splashes of gold on its rim with sakura blossoms , chrysanthemums, and tiger lilies, and orchids. Inaba made, with included booklet on inaba cloisonne. Showa period Size: 8.5" tall, 4.5" wide

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to any of these Cameo low sherbets. They are in excellent condition. These were made between 1930-1934

Mosaic pottery tazza and vase from the 1940s or 50s, by Gerbino, France. The handling and modelling of clays in various colors necessary for the creation of this kind of art objects was a complicated procedure, mastered only by Jean Gerbino and his family in Vallauris, the French studio pottery center of the period. Impressed marks Gerbino and Vallauris. Height of tazza "3 ½ / 9 cm and of the vase "5 ½ / 14 cm, diameter of tazza "6/ 15 cm. Condition: fine.

Lilac Fan Painting by Jeon Yeong Suk aka Yeo Cheong (1960 - ). The lilac is an ancient symbol of peace and harmony. 21 x 6.5 inches, 53.5 x 16.5 cm. This, along with our Stock Numbers 1319 and 1320, is part of a set of three fan flower paintings by Jeon Yeong Suk.

Chinese carved celadon jade pendant, depicting a Guanyin in sitting position on one side and carved Chinese Characters on the other, carving seems to be from early to mid 20th century period. Size; Dimensions of carving are 2 7/8"H x 1 5/8"W, in fair condition.

16-18thc Hindu white marble Temple figure of Lakshmi , this is one of the best and oldest of the marble figures we have had . Beautiful detail and workmanship the base has large amounts of mortar from being temple mounted and heavy water erosion. Size 13.5" by 7.5"

Anthropomorphic heddle pulley. Mid 20th century. H. 25 cm. The ears and nose with cotton ornaments.

Chinese natural dark brown Amber Toggle, polished natural pebble shape, 4 3/8" high overall maximum height, and 1 3/8" high x 7/8" wide x 1/2" deep for the natural Amber piece only. There are some surface scratches and imperfections plus some infusions or bug inside the Amber piece.

This wonderful remnant of the past id from circa 1930's. It has it original leather and velvet cushion. It has amazing patina, a few small repairs and tons of charm. These very early chairs are getting few and far between. It has a lush comfortable seat and it measures:Depth-27", width-24", height-27", seat depth-21", seat width-198,seat height-15"

This sterling souvenir spoon of Christopher Columbus and the Santa Maria in is excellent condition. It was made by Codding Brothers & Heilborn circa 1891.

It depicts the bust of Christopher Columbus on a twisted handle and the Santa Maria in a gold wash bowl.It is 4" in length.

Ming Dynasty carved wood figure of a Lokapala or guardian king , this piece is interesting in that it had been in a fire and the temple decided to rework the piece by layering rice paper and re lacquering and gilding the piece, there are some remaining hair.Size H 12"

This really pretty Ruby Flashed Kings Crown 4 Inch high footed Cocktail was made by Indiana Glass. The cat is beautifully embossed as shown in photo 2.

Here is a truly exquisite vase by the masters Erich and Ingrid Triller. The glaze is an intense blue. On the underside is painted Tobo Triller. This stunning piece of stonweare art measures 8 1/2" (21cm) high and is 5" (12.5cm) in diameter. The vase is far more beautiful and intense than the pictures suggest.

A bag made of hand-spun cotton with shibori (tie-dye) and katazome (stencil-resist-dye) pattern which is vegetable indigo dye. It has cotton lining with kasuri pattern which is also hand-spun and vegetable indigo dye and thinly padded with cotton. Generally in good condition except for a few stains. Very old small "korwar", or funeral altar, representing a human figure with a huge head, standing on a rounded base, legs half bent, and holding with both hands an elaborated openwork shield. Wood, with fine age patina. Indonesia, Papua Province, Cenderawasi Bay. Height: 23.7 cm. Strong abrasion due to age, old accidents, otherwise good condition.

It is rare to find Duncan and Miller's Tear Drop Covered Candy. It is divided (2 sectioned). Made from the 1930's to 1955, this candy is 7" across, about 4.75" high (with cover on), and in mint condition.

Oyster and Pearl was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1938 to 1940. It's one of their small patterns, with only 8 different items available to compliment the other Hocking patterns of the time. Offered here is the 6 1/2 inch handled bon bon bowl in ruby in excellent condition. I have 5 available, price is per bowl.

This BaLin stone carving is a 1970’~1980’s product. It is 3 1/4” high, 3” wide and 1 ¼” thick. It depicts a dragon playing with a fire globe surrounded by lucky clouds. BaLin stone is produced in Chifeng city in Inner Mongolia. The mine was found and developed in the mid-20th century. Now, BaLin stone has become one of the principal materials for making seal stone or stone carving in China. This carving is in great condition.
