Fred Skaggs comprised of six sterling silver wired wrapped irregular shaped polished stones - citrine, white quartz, amethyst, topaz, rose quartz and smokey topaz. A rare and unusual Hopi sterling bracelet handwrought by deceased famous Hopi silversmith Ralph Tawangyaouma, hallmarked "H" and his thundercloud hallmark with emanating streaks of lightening. An early pioneering silversmith, working since 1910, his work is distinctive for his use of heavy gauge silver and stamping both exemplified by this bracelet. Tawangyaouma died in 1972.
