This porcelain platter was produced in Germany by the Helena Wolfsohn Dresden studio in the 1880s. It is unusual to find an under glaze mark indicating this to be an earlier piece. This porcelain ewer was produced in Germany by Rudolstadt Pottery and Lewis Straus & Sons was the New York distributor. The ewer was produced around 1900. It is 9 1/2 inches tall with a diameter of 3 inches. The porcelain is fine quality with molded details in high relief. There is a medallion in the center of the ewer with a portrait of a young woman. It is framed in elaborate art nouveau style gilding. The gilding is raised and accented with colored enamel beads or jewels...

A beautiful Flight, Barr and Barr Worcester plate from the desirable "Harlequin" service. The decoration features an exotic bird painted by Henry Stinton in a central reserve which is surrounded by a white field edged with gilded rococo scrollwork extending into the cavetto. The wide rim of the plate is in a pale blue decorated with multicolored butterflies and insects.

The reverse of the plate has the elaborate red mark which was used specifically during the 1813 to 1819 period...

Capodimonte porcelain hinged box in high-relief with hand-painted frolicking cherubs and satyrs with a dark grey horse and on the lid are cherubs playing with a goat. Condition: the front panel has a firing flaw and is indented. On the base is a marked verso with a blue letter N over a crown. It was made in Naples Italy. German Meissen Cross Sword mark Porcelain large deep Fish Platter, 1920's, 22" long x 10 1/2" wide, 1 3/4" high with multiple floral design inside the fluted gilded border, underglaze blue cross sword mark with number "70" in hand written on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage or restoration.

Derby porcelain spill vase in the Brocade pattern, one of the rarest, hardest to find, desirable and beautiful patterns made. The pattern was made for the Persian market of the period, c1810. The vase measures 3 1/2" high by 2 1/4" in diameter.

A nice Bow patty pan of tapered form with a ridged lip. Painted in a bright blue with flowers and leaves, the exterior with three twig motifs.

Marked in orange on bottom with the pattern number “2123”. In excellent condition, No chips, no cracks, no hairlines, it measures 4” high x 3” diameter. Dates circa 1815 England.

A fine Spode New Stone china small covered double handled tureen with under plate painted in the Imari palette featuring floral themes in the Chinese style. Spode introduced New Stone c. 1820, so we feel safe dating this item to c. 1825. It is in very good condition with the only flaw being minor to moderate gilding loss around the edge of the plate.
