A stunning hand painted porcelain bowl with a gold trimmed scalloped rim was made by the Tressemann & Vogt company in Limoges, France between 1892-1907. Artist signed, the design, use of gold throughout, and selection of colors from the rich royal blue band with contrasting orange flowers to the band of blush along the rim is just fabulous. Measures 9.5" diameter x 4.5" high.

A Staffordshire Sugar and Creamer in the Chinoiserie fashion. There is a design inside the sugar bowl which complements the outer design. There is a design in the lip of the creamer as well as outside the creamer. Note* Picture #4 shows a glass reflection in the inner sugar bowl-this is a reflection of the light when photographing it and not an imperfection. These pieces are in mint condition. A Copper Lustre Goblet with Hand Painted Floral Decorations; circa 1820. Dimensions 4.75" high x 3.25" wide at top and 2.75" at base. Some slight age wear, but in very good condition.

This pair of porcelain plates was produced in France in the late 19th century. They are 10 inches in diameter. They have hand painted portraits of Mme Pompadour and Napoleon. There is an artist’s signature Garnier on each one. The borders are celeste blue that are decorated with ornate raised gilding. These plates are highly decorative and will display beautifully. They are in excellent condition.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Brown, Westhead & Moore around 1875. It is not marked but we found the shape in “A Compendium of British Cups” by Berthoud. The saucer measures 5 ¼ inches and the cup is 2 ¾ inches high. The set has wonderful celeste blue enamel coloring. There are bands of tiny hand painted flowers accenting the rims. Gilded accents and gold trim on rims and handles add to the design. CONDITION: Excellent

Four serving dishes from the Poppelsdorf factory. Of segmented shape with gilt borders and hand painted decoration of fruit in lovely colours. The factory was working from 1888 to 1929, and the green printed mark of these dishes was in use 1875 to 1900. Width "7½/ 19,5 cm. Condition: some wear to one dish.

Fine Childs Plate, the centre printed with the name John, the finely moulded border decorated with bright Pratt type colours. The base impressed ROGERS. C1840. Diameter 5 1/4" (13.4 cm). Condition: excellent, there is some staining to the underside.

A creamware mug, probably Liverpool, with a black transfer printed scene of a farm cottage with gate and outside the fence two men standing in front of a loaded one-horse cart. The oval transfer surrounded by foliage. Though much creamware was earlier it remained popular into the nineteenth century. 3 ¾ inches tall and 4 3/8 inches across the handle.

Condition: no cracks, hairlines or repairs. Fairly substantial chip that is mostly on the inside of the foot and another minor one on the foot...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Doulton Burslem in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 ¼ inches and the cup is 2 ¼ inches high. The set is made of bone china. The porcelain is molded in a kind of repousse with berries and leaves all over the surfaces. The leaves are flow blue under glaze and the berries are gilded over the glaze. The veins in the leaves are hand gilded. The rims and handle are trimmed in gold. This is a very unique little demitasse...

A superb and beautiful Worcester porcelain Scratch Cross period (incised line on the underside of the base) sauce boat moulded with rococo panels and cartouches formed of scrolling motifs. Very rare antique 19th century (c1880) luster glaze majolica vase by Ulisse Cantagalli of Firenze, Italy. An impressive large two-handled lustre vase in Islamic Hispano - Moresque, Moorish Alhambra style decorated in cobalt blue with raised pseudo-Arabic calligraphy in Thuluth script and various animals, foliage and birds painted in white on the copper luster ground.

Chinese Export coffee cup with underglaze blue decoration of a diaper border and peony, chrysanthemum and aster(?). Qianlong period, c 1760. Height "2 ½ / 6.5 cm. Condition: a 1 cm hairline to the rim (cf. pics).

A lobed dinner plate with a gilt rim, a gilt circle entwined with floral ropes on the lip and a worn monogram enclosed by a blue circle wrapped with a gilt wreath in the well. Diameter 9 1/8 inches (23 cm). Marked in underglaze blue on the back with the Seguin factory mark. The factory was active in Vincennes from roughly 1779 to 1788.

Condition: Enough wear to the enamel painting in the well to be distracting. There are internal and rim hairlines.

A thick tapered sided tile decorated in blue of a man in a hat swinging a colf club at a ball with the post that is the target of the game in the distance. There is no decoration in the four corners. Colf was a Dutch game that may have been the predecessor to golf. The tile is approx. 4 7/8 inches 912.5 cm) square and 3/8 inches (1.2 cm) thick.

Condition: major chip to the upper left corner, smaller chips around the edges and a number of small pock-marks in the glaze on the face of the tile...

They have space for 5 shells and have a central salt dip. They are factory decorated with a transfer design. A ring of delicate pink roses encircle the border. The gracefully scrolled rim is accented with brushed gold. They are perfect for use or display. Condition: Excellent

Extremely rare set of six transferware dessert plates depicting Napoleon’s great victories. The rims are printed with crowned “N”s encircled by laurel wreaths and military decorations, alternating with escutcheons with the Emperor’s signature hat and sword.
