A Green and White Nailsea Victorian Baluster shaped Glass Vase with a Ruffled Top. There is a White Swirl Overall Design on the Green Background, which is Characteristic of Nailsea. Late 19th century. Dimensions 9.25" high x 4.5" wide. Excellent condition.

This crystal and silver overlay vase was produced in the USA by Mathews Company of Newark, New Jersey, around 1907. There is a hallmark from this company and the silver content, 999/1000 is stamped on the foot. The vase is 14 inches tall and the opening has a diameter of 3 5/8 inches. The hand blown crystal is emerald green. It is decorated with elaborate silver overlay. There are large poppies on four sides, surrounded by flowing foliage in the loveliest art nouveau fashion...

This pair of crystal compotes was made in England by Stevens & Williams around 1900. They measure 6 inches tall and the openings have a diameter of 5 3/4 inches. They are hand blown from clear crystal that varies from thicker areas to very thin. This type of crystal is often referred to as “rock crystal.” It imitated the mineral stone used by the Chinese. The bowls are expertly hand engraved and polished with ribbons and wreaths...

Two Georgian bucket bowl port or small wine glasses with panel-cut cups and stems, English, c 1800. One a little heavier than the other and with the pontil mark deep into the glass and partly visible, whereas to the other glass the pontil mark is polished flat. Height "4/ 10 cm. Condition: fine.

A very good Classic Period glass paperweight with a pinchbeck design. The scene depicts the "Descent from the Cross" and shows two centurions, Joseph of Arimathea and Nicodemus taking the body from the cross while Mary weeps at Jesus' feet. The pinchbeck insert is finished in a silver tone rather than the more common gold. Save 15% today... This fabulous find is a delicate blown lead crystal cruet with a large bubble Stopper. Both the body and the stopper share the broad leaves and vines cut and etched motif. It is numbered on the bottom, 43. I don't know if someone etched this number on later or if it was part of numbering system from its maker... who knows. The handle is over-sized, applied and cut to easily manipulate this dear cruet. It is 6" high to the top of the etched stopper.

This crystal glass was produced in Bohemia in the late 19th century. We are not certain of the manufacturer but it is in the style of Lobmyer and Moser.
