Table mirror, resting on 2 feet. At the back, a wooden board unfolds to form a third leg to provide a good base for use on a table. Otherwise, folded, can be used as a hanging mirror. Given its small size and that fold-up leg feature, I think this is probably a travel model...

#699 Antique Scottish Penwork Tea Chest in Maple with all over decoration of leaves and acorns and a central paterae on the stepped lid of a mother with two children. Inside are two removable lidded tea caddies with penwork leaf and grape decoration and the underside of the lid has a faux coral design.

Antique Pear Form Tea Caddy in fruitwood, turned in the form of a pear with iron escutcheon and stem. Often made in suite with an apple form tea caddy for your green and black teas. You want to see a curved lockplate as many fruit form string holders are being passed off as tea caddies. Two small different shaped photo frames. Made of steel with gold damascene. The larger in the Moorish style with arabesques in the shape of a mihrab, the small one in oval form, backsides gilt. Condition: few traces of usage, the oval one without glass. Dimension: c. 13.8 x 7.8 cm and 8.4 x 6.4 cm.
A tortoise shell and sterling silver inlay cigarette box, the interior cedar wood. The underline of the text with makers mark for Saunders & Shepherd (the firm founded in 1869 and still working), town mark for their Chester branch and L for 1894. Measures "4 / 10.3 cm x "4 / 10 x "2/ 5 cm. Condition: slight warping to the corners of the lid (cf. pics).
Circa 1756, sterling silver French snuff box featuring a man's profile with initials. The bottom has an embossed farming scene with the sides having various vignettes including a hunter and a shepherdess. In very good condition commensurate with age, there is a small separation on the lid, see last photo. Measures 2.75" x 2" x 1" high. Hallmarked.
A fine and rare Pennsylvania Dutch Amish folk art candle box carved from a single piece of yellow pine (no joining at all). The interior hollowed and the interior sides hand planed. One side with bas relief carved hex motifs. The other side with the initials, IF and IB (if read left to right, though not sure of the intended order), likely of a married couple and with other carved and incised adornment including hearts. Fitted, sliding top (the only exception to it being wholly one piece)...
A beautiful mahogany shaped knife box made of solid sides and fitted with slotted board to hold knives. The cyma and creased shaped front supports a non-working brass lock escutcheon and opening handle. The corners are molded. The cover is decorated with a star inside, and attached with brass hinges. The base of the box is also molded. Over all, the design and construction are sumptuous.

This fascinating tobacco box dates back to the late 19th century and originates from Imperial Russia. The box is made of papier-mache, a material that was widely used in Russia during that time period. What makes this box truly exceptional is the intricate hand-painted design on its hinged lid.

Japanese cigarette case / tobacco box, lacquer on copper with mother of pearl inlay of flowers and birds to both sides. Made in Nagasaki and exported to Europe, where it was given as a Christmas present in 1867 - dedication and date engraved to the inside of the box lid. Measures: 6 " / 15.2 x 3 " / 7.3 cm, height 2/3 ” / 1.7 cm. Condition: the lid with cracks and some loss to the lacquer.

Each bottle with original gold plated corked cap, silver plate screw top and glass perfume stopper. Leather trunk with wonderful aged patina and nice graining, dome lined inside with brown silk, base with white leather, Circa 1910; Size: 4 3/4" wide x 2" deep x 3" tall. Original vintage condition with character, leather closure re-attached, minor marks, minor wear to plate.
Extremely Rare George III Tea Caddy in the shape of an urn-form knife box, in partridge wood with satnwood stringing, octagonal with pagoda shaped lid and acorn-form finial, urn-form body and turned socle with square plinth base having inlaid banding (lock replaced). From our European Collection, a very fine Federal Giltwood Pier Mirror, early 19th century circa 1800-1820, featuring a looking glass surmounted by a good maritime scene, bordered on top by a pair of angels exquisitely rendered in gilded gesso suspended beneath an overhanging cornice, and flanked by gilded ribboned columns on the sides.
This particular mirror is an excellent example of its kind, and is especially well-preserved...
