A fabulous 19th C Meissen porcelain inkwell set in Imari palate. Consisting of an inkwell with lid, a sander and an undertray. All pieces were hand painted and are in excellent condition. There is some wear to the enamels on the tray from use but that is it. No hairlines, chips, or cracks. The tray measures 11" by 7.75"; Sander 2.5" high by 4" diameter; Inkwell 3.5" high by 4" diameter.

A wonderful aide de memoir (carnet de bal) of brushed steel with gilded embellishments allowing a pattern of foliage to show through from the metal beneath. On the front, reverse painted on glass, is an extremely detailed scene of the Tuilleries, with the Louvre in the background. 3 3/4" by 2 3/8". Excellent condition.

Case: 7.125" x 3.125” Brass and beveled glass carriage clock in the Boite Riche design with a shaped carrying handle above the flat pediment with the glazed aperture to view the platform escapement (not shown in photos).
