This is a small mid Qing dynasty bronze cloisonné censer with an elongated body. It is design in the likeness of those in the Ming dynasty, with lotus flowers band and scrolling foliages. On the shoulder of the cloisonné, it is decorated all round with a band ruyi with red and blue colour...

A small enamelled copper box, the cover depicting a grasshopper or cricket amongst grasses and flowers. The base carries a "CHINA" stamp which dates it to post 1890. This item was probably made circa 1900, during the latter years of the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Wonderful pair of Chinese cloisonne elephants, each one sits on it's rear end with trunk high in the air, decorated all over with beautiful cloisonne motifs, these pieces are actually containers! The heads come off to reveal little domed lids, these also come off to reveal containers! Each elephant sits on a stand. Beautiful and charming! Early 20th century. Size of each: 13 3/4" high (12 1/2" high without stand) x 5" wide x 6" deep.

Antique Chinese pair of recumbent deer. Made of copper and cloisonné of multiple colored enamel. Each deer has a round opening and lid on it's back. They sit with hooves folded under and heads looking back over shoulders. Minor losses.

This Chinese Jia Qing or Dao Guang period (1796~1850) hand painted enamel leaf-shaped tray is 12 ¼ inches long, 8 ¼ inches on the widest part and 1 1/8 inches high with legs. It depicts a blue orchid, two pink roses, an unknown yellow flower and a blue beetle with white spots on a turquoise background. It has yellow-green bottom and three legs. This tray was part of a private collection which was on display in 1970 at ¡°The China Institute in America¡± in New York...

Set of four Canton enamel cups & saucers and one bowl. Finely painted with flower scrolls on yellow ground in "Famille rose" palette and little gold. Interior of the bowl and bottom of the saucers enamelled in pink. Condition: fine, unless minor hairlines and few tiny chips, one saucer's bottom with enamel loss. Dimension: bowl: diameter: c. 9 x 5.3 cm high, saucers diameter: c. 11.3 cm, cups: diameter: c. 6.8 x 5.1 cm high.

A Chinese gilt bronze and cloisonne enamel censer and cover modelled as a standing Buddhistic lion with detachable head, Qianlong period, 18th century, 12 cms. Good condition. Provenance: A private collection, Cornwall, UK.

A Chinese Canton enamel dish vividly panted with two cockerels beside flowers issuing from rockwork within a border of plum flowers, cracked ice, ruyi heads and waves, the reverse with three flower sprays. Qianlong, 18th century. 23 cms diam. One small area of restoration to the white on the back of the rim. Otherwise in good condition bar the odd usual stress crack.

Chinese cloisonne and enamel figurine of a peacock standing in a planter with flowers. The bird's body and the rocks are silver while the cloisens (cloisonne wiring) are both silver and gold. The planter is gold gilded bronze and the grass in the planter is represented by green guilloche enameling. In very good antique condition, it measures 3 inches long, 3.75" high. Circa 1900

A marvelous oval shaped Chinese tortoise shell box with enameling featuring a bamboo and floral pattern with auspicious symbols on a carved top and the side bands. An interior mirror under the fitted lid shows some age related wear. The tortoise shell is in excellent antique condition, no cracks and there is no visible loss to the enamel. This is a rare treasure which displays beautifully. Measures 6 inches long, 5" wide, 1.5 inches high. Circa 1880.
