A thinly, very well potted porcelain body with a high quality underglaze blue decoration. The cobalt blue excellent. This marked Ming Minyao ( peoplesware ) bowl shows a nearly imperial quality. Jiajing period ( 1522 - 1566 ) Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 6,4 cm. Condition : One glaze chip to the rim and one chip to the unglazed foorting. Very nice tone when tapped.

Very rare five dynasties yue mise bowl decorated with incised dragon motive. 20cm diameter. 7cm high. Bowl has two very small chipped and glaze degradations. No hairlines.

Chinese antique fencai porcelain dish with three circles of images of different blooming flowers with a pink sgraffito ground scrolling vine pattern surrounding the image. No decoration in the interior section. Apocryphal Yongzheng mark in a double ring, late Qing/Republic Period, 19th century or later. Perfect condition. Size: Diameter: 7.75" Height:2".

A small jar decorated in early 18th Century Kangxi style with Famille Verte / Wucai enamels depicting a legendary battle scene possibly from from the historical epic novel "San Guo Zhi Yan Yi" (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) attributed to the 14th Century novelist Luo Guanzhong. This item was made for export during the late 19th/early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

An archaic style jar with crackle-glaze and simulated metal mounts depicticting a Scholar / Musician with a Servant carrying a Qin (string instrument). This item was made in the late 19th Century for export, possibly during the reign of the Tongzhi emperor (1862-1874) when this style was first introduced. Condition - excellent no damage and no restoration...

A rare large Longquan ware lotus bowl from the sea with a pale bluegreen Celadon glaze. Glaze degradations caused by the sea water. Late southern Song Dynasty ( 13th. century ) Zhejiang ( Longquan ) Diameter : 12,1 cm. H : 8,4 cm. Condition : The Celadon glaze degraded by the sea water but the body in perfect condition with no crack or chip. Please see a similar bowl in He Li´s " Chinese Ceramics " the new standard guide. Very rare sample of Yuan dynasty blue and white large meiping vase 42cm, meping is decorated with under glaze blue large large dragon and flower scroll motif. these shards is very good for studying and comparison for any one who interested in studying early Chinese porcelain.
The vase would be around 42 cm height if in complete condition.
