This is a rare pair of sterling silver candlesticks made by the esteemed Mauser silver manufacturing company of New York, New York between 1887 and 1903. The candlesticks are 8" tall and the base measures 4 1/2" in diameter. The stem is weighted, and the bottom is fully hallmarked. One of the candlesticks was expertly repaired at the bottom of the stem just above the base. There is an Old English letter engraved on top of the base, your guess is as good as mine as to what letter it could be...

A beautiful religious painting in ink and colors on paper. Depiction of the holy image of Manjusri, the painting was preserved very well with only some old stains left on the outer portion of the painting.
It measures 230cm long X 100cm wide for the work including mounting. Otherwise the painting measures 166cm X 85cm.

Antique Syrian carved and inlaid folding chair. This chair is ornately inlaid with mother-of-pearl and intricately carved with an Arabic inscription. The chair folds for ease of transportation. Some pieces of inlay missing and with minor chips. Size: 40 inches ht. x 17.5 inches wide x 19 inches deep.

Shell-form glove holder on chain with ring, slide causes pincers to open or close either grasping or releasing your gloves. A small ring at the end of the chain slips over your pinky finger keeping your gloves handy when not required or can be fastened to a Chatelaine. Not marked; most likely gold plate or filled, some darkening to the chain.

Bischoff Pinch Vase, green glass, 5 inches tall, approximately 3 ½ inches wide. No chips, cracks or scratches, some hard water deposits on interior at bottom. Retains its original label. 1960's

This is a lovely 16.5" long 18Kt yellow gold necklace circa 1920 with sections of one and three seed pearls alternating, all together there are eighteen pearls. The weight of the necklace is 4.8 grams.

This is an elegant 14Kt yellow gold bow pendant circa 1910 decorated by twenty-six seed pearls and an approximately 0.15Ct old-mine diamond. The pendant is on a 16" 14Kt yellow gold chain. The length is 1 1/2" and the width is 5/8".

Chinese export Canton porcelain platter circa 1840. A large and beautifully hand painted decorated example in excellent condition no chips cracks repairs etc. some minor glaze flaws bubbles on edge. Measuring approx. 19.5 inches by 16 inches.

This is a small Tang dynasty (618-906 A.D) sancai water dropper in the shape of a mystical animal, possibly a foo lion, in a curling up sleeping position. The water hole is created on the back of the animal.

There is no repair or restoration. Minor abrasion, pin hole, bubble burst and degradation.

The measurement of the water dropper: Height 3cm, the Width 5cm and the length is 6.6cm.

This authentic locket from the glamorous Victorian era is made of 14 karat yellow gold. It is decorated by a three dimensional applied design with four seed pearls. The locket is in very good condition with some age wear in the form of minor scratches and dents on the back. The original beveled glass is intact in the original frame. The piece measures 1 1/4 inches long and 7/8" across.

Rare huge polychrome Kangxi charger, decorate with red-yellow-aubergine flower motif, barbed medallion, red and yellow peonies with leaf scroll decorate the rim bordered with multicolor lines and diapers. The wagon is being "driven" by a hand-painted black figure who moves forward and back again as the wagon is pulled along on its wooden wheels...

This elegant pair of 18Kt yellow gold leaf shaped earrings are accented by prong set rubies in the center. The hallmarks are 18Kt and Italy as well as a makers mark that looks like a stylized "H". The earrings are non pierced "omega" clips, but can be easily converted to pierced. The earrings weigh 6.6 grams.

This elegant Tiffany sterling dish is from the 1960's. The back of the bowl is marked " TIFFANY & CO Makers, Sterling Silver 25334" and it weighs 13 Troy oz, and measures 8" in diameter, 1 1/4" in height. The condition of the bowl is excellent and would make a perfect engagement or wedding gift.

Description: A Temmoko bowl from Jianyang kiln of Song Dynasty was excavated rarely with metal wrappings around the mouth rim. Fragile of the wrappings, the bowl was in beautiful hare’s-fur glaze. The bowl was molded in regular shape and was typical in the size of general Jianyang bowls. Classic Jian ware has a coarse, slate gray to black body that usually fires purplish brown where exposed, but in some cases fire medium to dark gray, as it has in this example...

With very good carving skill depicting the smiling face, the robe and the posture, the jade figurine was preserved in good condition except with some frets on the heels. Fabulous vintage 1960s 14KT gold and genuine Persian turquoise pierced hoop drop earrings. The backs are marked 14K ATL and the other elements test positive for 14KT gold. The gold has a slight rosy tone. With Persian turquoise beads and tiny coil shaped elements strung on hoops, with gold balls at the top posts. Very classic and modern and super wearable with everything, day or evening.

Applied in mottles with brown glaze on the interior and exterior against the black glaze, abstract firing effects was yielded with charming purplish blue when amid with brownish tint. An exqusite example of Japanese imari in a coverd bowl with intricate hand painted designs of dragons pheonix birds shishi and roosters artists signed "Kutani". Richly embelished with 24k gold decorations. In excellent condition no chips or cracks some minor glaze crazing in interior of lid overall the condition is incredible. Measuring approx 10.5inches wide by 5 inches tall a masterpiece of museum quality.

This is a small Tang Dynasty funerary sancai or tri-colour tea cup. It stands on a flat and small footrim and then everted flat and vertically upwards towards and everted mouth rim. A set of scholars desk items, including a Chinese Qing dynasty crystal brush rest in the form of two mountains, Chinese crystal stamp carved with four characters between dragons, and an unusual obelisk written with the Nichiren Buddhist epitaph Na-mu Myoho-ren-ge-kyo in radical script over textured surface, glass or crystal. This Japanese Fireman Hanten is made of hand-loomed Sashiko weave cotton fabric. This was the fabric of choice for the firefighting jackets because they could and would be drenched with water to keep the fireman safe from the flames while fighting fires. This piece is hand sewn and has clearly been heavily used. It has several holes and patches. When I got it years ago, it smelled badly of wood smoke...I did wash it to get rid of the smell.
