An exqusite example of enamel work on ginbari style foil background depicting a dragon swirling and coiling around the neck of the vase. Artist signed on the bottom measuring approx. 9.5 inches tall. In excellent condition but for some discoloration or tarnish on the silver foil under the enamel and some fine stress lines (see picture) overall a masterpiece of this Japanese art form.

Wonderful horseshoe shaped link bracelet by Taxco silversmith Antonio Pineda. The links are hinged together and all move. C. 1950, this bracelet measures 7" around in the inside and is 3/4" wide. Chinese Yuan Dynasty Jun Bowl

This stoneware junyao bowl was made during the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368). It is heavily-potted and coated in a thick jun glaze. The colour of the glaze varies from a pale mauve to a yellowish-grey. The glaze falls short of the foot that remains unglazed and has fired to a pale yellowish-brown. Within the recessed base is a Chinese character in fired-on black pigment.

A wonderful ethnographic folk art object, this style of farm animal bell has been used in Thailand for centuries. Hand carved from wood by the herder and tied around the animals neck this traditional bell is hinged (or pegged) in 2 places to allow for a gentle knocking sound. Florentine Italian rococo style coffee table with marble top. Circa 1920s-40s. This coffee table has a green painted finish with carved and gilded shell and acanthus decorative motifs and supports a rectangular off-white marble top with light brown veining and molded edges. This is a signed, hand wrought Frank Patania necklace. One of the most well known Southwestern artists from the 40's when William Spratling was also designing. Ana Brilanti began her taller Victoria producing fine silver and was one of the women of Taxco as a part of the William Spratling era of the silver industry in Mexico. The unusual idea of having a ring that is a watch was made reality by an artisan jeweler in the middle of the 20th century. The watch is in working condition and has a Swiss movement with 17 jewels. The top of the watch measures 17 X 14 millimeters, and the size of the ring is 7 ¼ that can easily be sized if needed.

Chinese Qing dynasty Daoguang period (1821-1850) geyao type porcelain censer of compressed bombe form with thick flat rim and two animal-mask handles at the sides. A dramatic piece of jewelry circa 1960 is this wonderful 18Kt yellow gold broach depicting a flower with movable petals. It can be worn with the petals closed or in the open position. When the petals open they reveal 16 moving stamens inside the flower and each stamen stem is set with a 2.5 millimeter natural round ruby. The inside of the petals are decorated by blue enameled stripes. The length of the broach is 2 1/2” and the width with the flower open is 1 1/4”.
