A bronze vase dating from the mid Showa period by Ono Tsuneo of Takaoka enclosed in the original signed wooden box. It is 26 cm (10 inches) tall and in perfect condition.
Ewer shaped a tall, long and narrow neck which flares to the mouth, high handle and a spout curving out from the shoulder, and tall straight foot. Decorated with incised vertical line on the body and horizontal line on the neck.. Glazed base. Yuan Dynasty 14th Century. High = 21 cm. Condition : Excellent, missing a loop on the handle, no chips, hairlines, cracks and free from restorations.
This is a finely potted Song dynasty qingpai covered box in the shape of pumpkin from the Hutian yao kiln. The colour is that of aqua sea greenish glzed.
Generally in good condition with the exception of some minor chip at the base of the covered box. Other wise no chip, crack, resoration or repair. Glaze in good condition. No glaze crazing or fritting.

A black-glazed Jizhou bowl was preserved in a fine condition.
By a beautiful grayish image of freely painted plum branch in the cavetto against the black ground, the tea bowl was mold in a typical Wan shape when standing by a flat foot ring which was a strong characteristic for a Jizhou bowl.
The buff-tinted soft-feel paste revealed at the bottom was another obvious characteristic for this dated ware.

A large exquisite vessel by Miura Chikusen III enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Hakuji Chokoku Unryu-e Kabin (White Porcelain Vase Carved with Clouds and Dragons), the box signed by both Chikusen and the woodworker (Sashimono-shi) Hosai. These old bronze lanterns are used in Japanese temples. They are often called "Toro" (pronounced toh-ro). One side of the lock (shown in the photo) did not open (I did not force it open). 17 inches tall from the Meiji period (1868-1912).

A pair of Chinese export porcelain plates with the tobacco leaf motif. Beautifully enamelled with a pair pheasants and two squirrels amongst bold overlapping leaves and flower sprays, in blue, other colors and some gold. Foot rim with some kiln grit. Condition: both plates have minor rim fritting (bubble burst), one plate with a small rim chip, the other with a short hairline. Dimension: diameter: 24.9 cm, 3.1 cm high.
