A fine Guanyin piece was well carved.
By well maneuvered carving skill, the holy deity was clad with flouring robe and was featured with benign facial expression.
Nice patina was preserved while some whitish abrasions were observed.
A wooden cork was filled in at the bottom.

Condition: Very good, except some old cracks were found on the back(at the base).

A fine polychrome dish, decorated with green,red and yellow enamels of flower sprays to interior, brown glaze finished to rim and the exterior is plain. Early Qing dynasty Kangxi period in perfect condition. Diameter: 22.3cm.

 

The square porcelain bodies decorated with moulded lattice work, decorated in blue with long life (shou) characters. Qianlong period (1736-1795). Dimensions: 12x7,8x7,8 cm. Condition: the right caddy has two small hairlines to the mouth and a long hairline in the body. (See pictures). Lovely and rare set, made for the domestic Market.

A very rare and unusual root brush pot that is highly prized by the Qing Scholars. This is a very special type of root know in Chinese as "JinJinan" The pot has all the natural openings from the root. Age: Qing, early 18 century. Size: H. 29.3 cm. Diameter at the base. 19cm. Condition: No repairs to the root. An old repair on one leg of the base. One leg has been replaced. See photos.

Massive Qing dynasty Chinese polished bronze tripod ding censer with compressed body, two arched loop handles at the rim, and tapered legs fitted on a custom hardwood stand. Cast in a Ming dynasty style and bearing a six-character apocryphal Xuande reign period mark within a rectangle on the base. Believed to date as early as the 18th century. Magnificent tureen decorated with floral patterns. The handlles in the shape of gilded lion masks. The lid crowned by a gilded Foo dog. Dimensions: 34x22x26 cm. Condition: a 7 cm hairline in the bowl, otherwise perfect.

A charming brushpot inlaid with mother-of-pearl, ivory and hardstones. The inlay work is of branch with flowering plum blossoms. The back has a poem of archaic Chinese characters inlaid in silver. The wood is a dark hardwood (unidentified) of a slightly reddish tint.

Chinese Qing dynasty Qianlong period geyao type shallow bowl covered overall with a fine crackle glaze on a creamy white ground. The high foot rim is glazed on the exterior. The recessed base is glazed and the glaze extends part way up the inner side of the inward slanting foot where it ends with an orange burn line. There are seven brown glazed spots on the base that simulate Song kiln supports. 10 3/8” diameter x 2 1/4” high. 18th century...

A beautiful Mandarin square dating from the early Jiaqing period. A male back buzi with a silver pheasant bird, denoting the fifth civil rank. On dark silk entirely embroidered in Peking knot, blue silk lining. Reference: Ladder to the Clouds, Jackson & Hugus Berkeley 1999, Page 250 - No. 15.032 very similar badge. Condition: good - slightly impure, the back lining with some water stains. Dimensions: 29,2 cm high x 30,5 cm wide.

An under glaze blue and white cream or milk jug of European form decorated with peonies and rock work within a fenced garden. This item was made in Jingdezhen, south China, circa 1750 during the reign of the Qianlong emperor, for export to Europe. Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

A rare, large and beautifully carved scholar's item made of huanghuali and carved with flower vases and a censer as the center piece, with the original hardware.The outer frame could be huanghuali or huali. It is unusual to find these wall decorations in huanghuali. Size: L. 86cm. W. 35cm Age: Late Ming, early Ching piece. Condition: No repairs. De orated with pagodas, houses and persons by a lake. The border decorated with flowers and insects. Qianlong (1736-1795). Dimensions: 25,5 x 17,5 cm. Condition: one dish with a 2,5 cm chip on the left lower corner.

A very good b/w bowls, decorated each with four phoenix medallions at the exterior supported by unique floral sprays or pomegranate, the interior center with a phoenix medallion within double circle. "Da Ming Cheng Hua Nien Zhe" mark to the base within double circle, but dating to be early Ching Kangxi period ware. Condition : re-touched two tiny flake glaze to the rim, further in perfect condition. Diameter: 16.5cm.

A fine 18th century Chinese molded celadon-glazed porcelain dish, finely decorated around the center with stylized archaistic dragons encircling a central roundel of a lotus flower, a band of key-fret pattern around the foliated rim, covered overall in green glazed. DATE : Qianlong (1736 - 1795). SIZE : D = 24 cm. CONDITION : perfect condition, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines and no repairs.

A Chinese Ming longquan Zhejiang celadon censer. Robustly potted bombé sides, the exterior is decorated with a cross hatched pattern, the bowl standing on three feet.

Dated to Ming Dynasty - 16th century

Approximate size is 14 cm high by 28 cm diameter

Condition: In generally very good condition. No major breaks or chips. There are some very minor surface imperfections due to the use of the item, but nothing that detracts from it's beauty.

It's rather rare found b/w dish with fruits pattern surrounded by a white on blue Ruyi heads with chrysanthemum flowers. 18th century Kangxi period. Condition is very good without chips and any fritting to rim, except a very light almost invisible hairline which re-touched up with glue lock visible on the last enlargement, free of restoration as well. Ming Dynasty porcelain wine storage jar with hand painted dragon motif. A large vessel in very good antique condition. Measuring approx. 14 inches tall and 10 inches at widest point.

Large in size, this deep charger measures 14 3/4" in diameter and is 3 1/4" deep. It stands on a high foot. Historically referred to as Swatow ware, it is more accurately from Zhangshou and dates to the late Ming era. it was specifically made for the south China market. Polychrome wares are less common, most pieces were glazed in celadon shades with blue decoration.
