Vintage poster, 27 1/2" by 19 3/4" in present metal frame, the subject a woman in profile holding flowers, doves in the composition as well, titled "This poster was presented to the Egyptian Delegation on the occasion of President Sadat's Peace Mission to Jerusalem November 1977", the artwork by IRENE AWRET (1921-2014) and her husband AZRIEL AWRET (1910-2010), both noted Holocaust survivor artists. A scarce lithograph print, the sheet 10 3/8" by 6 3/4" (13 1/2" by 10 1/2" in inexpensive modern framing) signed in the plate and dated 1893 by the noted French artist PAUL-ALBERT BESNARD (1849-1934). The image is a self-portrait of the Paris-born artist, who initially worked in the academic tradition before changing over around 1880 to an impressionist style. Joseph Pennell 1857-1926 American This is a fairly scarce etching by American artist Joseph Pennell. The title is: Chelsea, No. II, it was created and printed in 1886, in an edition of only 20. Hand signed in pencil by the artist. The image measures 6 1/2X9 1/2 inches. This imag appears in the Wuerth catalog as image number 114. Printed on a medium weight wove type sheet. Chelsea Bridge is a bridge over the River Thames in west London.

A large print of the steam and sail ship "La Touraine", the sheet approximately 25" by 36", total dimensions of frame 34 1/2" by 45 1/2". This is a highly decorative item for the nautical and marine art collector. The artist who created the painting on which the print was based was American FRED PANSING (1844-1916). His original art is expensive and scarce, but many prints were made after the paintings. Pansing was born in Germany and was in New York City by 1865, a sailor...
