Beautiful 1980s French long sautoir necklace with glass beads, glass based faux pearls, and large molded and decorated Lucite beads, wired in dark goldtone metal with foldover clasp, in a Renaissance revival style. Not marked but characteristically French. I have had some very similar necklaces marked Monette France. 37 inches wearable length. Excellent condition. Display form is life size. Stunningly elegant! This brooch by Iradj Moini, premiere contemporary designer, is in a class by itself. Beautiful red glass cabochons and sparkling prong set rhinestones compose the piece. With its graceful curving petals, it is very three dimensional. Note the detail work on the back of the brooch. Superb craftsmanship. Iradj Moini signature on the back bar. Brooch is 4 1/2" by 4 1/2".

The top is formed as a folded leaf, applied to a ribbed band, enameled in blue and turquoise. The inner band is marked with the maker’s mark of Josie, along with marks for sterling and a number, possibly 10.54. There is also another mark that resembles concentric circles and that could represent a copyright mark. The leaf part of the ring measures 1 ½ inches long by about 5/8 inch at its widest area. The ring is a size 6 scant. Weight: 8.8 grams

These handmade sterling silver earrings have a quirky all-over pierced design resembling antennae. The piercings decorate curled triangular elements that are secured by clip backs. A very unique bracelet! The pattern on the front is actual leaf bark from the Philippines. The bark is coated with acrylic. The black portion of the bracelet is made of tree resin, also from the Philippines. The bracelet pulls apart in two pieces so it can go over the hand easily. Front bark panel is 2 1/8" high, back is 7/8" high.

Chic glam modernist six strand necklace in matte sculpted silvertone metal with blue gray Lucite beads, all wired, with toggle clasp, by French designer Nellie Biche de Bere. C. 1990. Marked BICHE DE BERE. It has a great feature -- one section of three strands is detachable with lobster clasps, to allow it to be worn two different ways. A large bangle composed of 63 thin, white metal bangles, each decorated with oxidized and impressed bisecting lines. The thin bangles are entwined so as to lie comfortably on the arm, with a Slinky-like feel despite its heft of about 150 grams. The bracelet has a bit of flexibility for getting it over the hand, but for the most part its interior circumference of about 7 ½ inches is pretty firm. The composite thickness of the bracelet is about 2 inches around. It is unmarked.

A wonderful brooch from the Lagerfeld vegetable collection. Four poured green glass peas fill each of the three matte gold, gilt metal, beautifully articulated pea pods.
