Excellent quality, semi-Antique, South American, Argentinian cowboy's Gaucho, knife/dagger "FACON" from, the mid-20th century or earlier, with a very sharp 17.5 cm long steel blade, the cutting edge 5.5 cm from the point is serrated. The blade is finely etched on both sides with gauchos and cattle. The handle is made of natural deer antler with silver alpaca pommel adorned with a finely repousse and engraved with foliage...

This is a really nice, vintage, hard to find, cobalt Blue Blossom handled batter pitcher made by Hall China. This batter pitcher measures 5 1/2 inches high X 7 1/4 inches in diameter at the top. It has red, yellow and white flowers with red trim and is signed on the bottom: HALL SUPERIOR QUALITY KITCHENWARE - MADE IN U.S.A. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The Blue Blossom design is all very good.

This antique cast iron horse drawn fire truck consists of a horse drawing a water pumper driven by a fireman molded into his seat. The toy c. 1900 - 10 and attributed to Shimer, Son & Company, a small Pennsylvania toy firm which was active from the 1890s to perhaps as late as 1920. The underside is embossed with 1075, presumably a model number. This model is nickel plated. The condition is good, having around 20-25% paint loss, wobbly wheels, two of which are missing hub caps. There is no rus...

A fine example of polychrome painting on enamel with cut steels, depicting a woman on a berry picking outing. The front of her dress is picked out with gold flecks, which do not photograph well. This button belongs to the genre which arose due to the interests of the increasingly wealthy French middle class in the places and ways people enjoyed their leisure. Note the buildings in the background, indicating that the activity is taking place outside the bustle of the city.
