A very good quality antique, late 19th century North African, Sudanese Islamic, Mahdist warrior, arm dagger with scabbard, from the Mahdist War period (a revolutionary insurrection against the British colonial rule in Sudan, which took place in 1881-1899). Fur / Nuba / Bedja / Barabra / Hadendoa.

Hard to find in good condition Cobalt Blue Tea Canister. Measures 6" tall & 4-1/4" in diameter. The lid or cover is excellent condition There is a shallow, 1/4-inch chip on top of the inner rim and a smaller chip on other side of rim. Chips can be noticed in photos. There is also inner rim roughness flakes. No other damage or repairs.

A vintage American Wigeon duck decoy carved from wood, and painted in a simple style with brown body and red wings and feathering. The head has a dark green bandit mask with glass eyes. This working decoy has a hook attached and its owner's marked anchor.

A very rare cobalt blue version of the Santa Claus or Belsnickel bottle created around 1900 by Monroe Gandy Husted of the Husted-Hall Mold Works in Bridgeton, NJ. The bottle was blown into a three-part mold. This example retains the original quatrefoil-shaped front label showing a snow-covered mountain cabin surrounded by a holly leaf border. The clear bottles have an embossed “M.G. Husted” signature, but the cobalt bottles do not, leading some to suspect the blue versions were reproductions...
