A stunning Globular Bizen vase like burnished bronze covered by a dusting of ash by living National Treasure Yamamoto Toshu enclosed in an artist signed wooden box. Mint and elegant tea bowl by one of the greatest potters, Rokubei Kiyomizu VI.
This Kyoto-yaki item was made 70 years ago. It has a tasteful painting of pine on it. On the bottom you find Kiyomizu's seal. The tea bowl will be delivered with its original signed wood box.

Japanese woodblock print entitled "Moonlit Night at Miyajima" by the artist Kawase Hasui. The Miyajima Torii Gate sands in the still water. A row of stone lanterns shine their light from the water's edge. Tall pines bend over the quiet beach. From across the lake, more lights can be seen. With black 6mm seal. This very well made mid 20th century Chinese Canton enamel plate is 7” in diameter and three quarters of an inch high. It depicts two yellow phoenixes over a blue background. There is a red stylized character “Shou” (longevity) on the bottom. It is in great condition.
This mask expresses the harshness of the uncomfortable life in isolated districts. Wood is extremely hard probably from teak tree showing an amber to reddish color. Superb Murano glass figurines by Alfredo Barbini. A colleague in Venice who is a dealer in Vintage Murano Glass told me he witnessed these figurines being made at the Barbini factory in the 1950's. They are in good condition: the red coated Moor at 10" tall is in pristine condition and the white suited one at 13.5" has a repair at the rear neck area which is not so apparent...
Wonderful kneeling female Agere Ifa Figure from the Yoruba People made of wood and pigment, carrying a bowl. The figure has good age and shows much handling.
Such figures could well have been used in the divination process among the Yoruba called Ifa. Cowry shells, cola nuts, may have been kept in the bowl being carried by the woman...

Rare hand blown Bohemian style Murano Glass cobalt blue tea set with applied white enameled flowers in high relief, monogrammed saucers and footed cups. Custom made and purchased on Murano Island, Venice, Italy in the 1900's. Total of 22 pieces, 2 of which are lids, the set offers teapot with lid (8.25" high), sugar with lid (4.5" high), creamer (5.25" high), 5 large footed cups (3.75" high), 6 small footed cups (3" high), 6 saucers (5.5" diameter).
