This item was manufactured by Schumann/ Bavaria between 1945-1963. The pattern name is Chateau Dresden. It is 10 1/2" oval bowl with pierced rim with florals on the rim and in the center. It is in excellent condition. There are no repairs, no cracks, and no repairs to this item.

A vintage pair of Chinese porcelain vases purchased in New York during the early 70's. The sexagonal vases feature a bird and flower motif. The gilded rims show faint wear. Marked with a red stamp seal and Made in Hong Kong label. 12-1/4" (h), just shy of 5-1/2" (w).

This is a rarely found object as part of Wilhelm Kåge's celebrated Argenta series produced for Gustavsberg. It measures 1 5/8" tall and is 1 7/8" in diameter. On the underside is painted in silver Argenta, the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Gustavsberg, 958. Impressed is the letter S. Excellent condition. There is crazing, which is normal for the glaze.

This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by Tharaud Limoges in the 1920s. The saucer has a diameter of 5 3/8 inches and the cup is 2 1/8 inches high. The cup and saucer are octagonal shaped. It is decorated in a bold, abstract art deco design. There are alternating panels of flowers and flowing colors. These panels are produced using thick enamels. You can feel the texture of the designs giving it an effect that is similar to pottery...

Sauce pot with spout and handle, decoration in green and brown on white, and with a Greek fret border in sgraffito, 1950's. Pierced handle, to allow for the pot to be exposed on the kitchen wall. Marks for Robert Picault, Vallauris. Width "6½/ 17 cm, height "2¼/ 6 cm. Condition: fine.

This porcelain and sterling silver vase was produced in Germany between 1934 and 1947. It has the underglaze blue crossed swords mark and incised model numbers. It measures 3 3/4 inches high, approximately 4 1/4 inches in diameter and the opening of the vase is 3 1/4 inches. The body of the vase is moved with panels to give it shape. Colorful assortments of fruits and flowers and hand painted while sprigs and berries dot the surface...

This really pretty China 8 1/4 inch Serving Spoon with gold trim on the handle and gold decoration in the spoon bowl, we believe was made by Harker. This porcelain figurine was produced in Denmark by Dahl Jensen before 1970. It has a model number 1005 on the base. It is 5 1/2 inches long, 3 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches high. The kitty is modeled in reclining pose. He has a little twitch in his tail as if he were just awakening from a nap. Now it’s time for a game or maybe a snack. He is hand painted with the most beautiful cat eyes. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

A classic Art Deco porcelain water jug advertising Ricard Anisette. In the south of France, tradition dictates that Ricard and other anise-flavored spirits be drunk with a side of water. Makers such as Ricard and Pernod provided advertising pitchers to local bars to increase their sales. This globe form is the classic shape from the first half of the 20th century. The bottom is marked “Ateliers de Céramique Ricard/Made in France”.

I am not a specialist in this sort of thing, but will describe to the best of my ability: this is a vintage, circa 1920's to early 1940's at latest, ceramic work depicting a distant fairy castle, towering cumulus clouds in the sky, a grove of trees at right balancing the scene. Measurements are 9 1/2" by 10 1/2" by 7/8" thick, and the piece weighs roughly 2 3/4 pounds. More than likely this is by one of the known ceramic works of California from the Arts and Crafts period; found in Los Angeles...
