American needlework sampler I would date to about 1935-1950, hand embroidered in traditional style, silk thread on cotton, the imagery of a house and tree, the sweet message being "Here let us live Life at its Best/ Here my we find/ Comfort and Rest". No glass, good vintage condition, some faint old very light brownish staining to background.

Wonderful folk art box of a pyramid that opens to reveal sections to hold cigarettes and matches. The entire surface is inlaid with square or rectangular pieces of wood in varying shades of brown and beige. It measures 5 1/2" high and is 9 3/8" square, sitting on 4 geometric feet. This is a really nice crystal clear vintage glass Sailboat, aka Ship, ash tray with a metal sail, made by Hazel Atlas Glass into the 1940s. This glass sailboat measures 5 7/8 inches long X 2 1/4 inches across. The ash tray measures 6 1/2 inches high to the top of the metal sail. The glass sailboat is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The original metal sail does have some discoloration on it - please see pictures for detail...
