Chinese hanging scroll ink rubbing of an ancient stone carving featuring Quan Yin. Rubbing dates early 2oth century. Rubbings of ancient stone carvings are illegal in China as the process damages the stone. In very good condition, the rubbing measures 39.5 inches x 21 inches. Scroll measures 30" x 56" and comes in a bamboo container.

Early 20th century Chinese cloisonne vase with a compressed ovoid shaped body and a lotus bulb mouth. A stunning mounted two-tone bronze dragon wraps around vase. A Chinese underglaze-blue painted porcelain ewer and cover. The spout with six-character Ming Dynasty Xuande mark. The inside glazed white, the base glazed with a blue tint. The body of the ewer finely painted all over with lotus flowers, scrolls, leaves and fruits.
