This Royal Copenhagen Christmas plates is called "Waiting for Christmas". It was designed by Kaj Lange. It is the continuation of the story told by the three previous plates.

These 3 porcelain figurines were produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the late 1940s. They are about 4 inches tall. They are made of hard paste porcelain that has a slight cream tinge. The cherubs are standing on gilded balls. They are well modeled with fine detail with a strong art deco influence. Each one is playing a musical instrument. They are a jolly little trio.

Early Indonesian Javanese - Majapahit style bronze Buddhist 4 armed figure sitting on a lotus base the attributes are similar to Chola Hindu sculpture from India. H 3.5" by 2"w. Good condition some erosion and verdigris .
This stylized conch is documented in several publications, including Leslie Pinas' ITALIAN GLASS, PG 146, valued at $800-$1000 and Helmut Ricke & Eva Schmitts' ITALIAN GLASS. This modern expression of the conch shell exemplifies that even as the Murano glass designers were being influenced by the Modernist movement, life and elements from the Venetian Lagoon continued to serve as an inspiration for artists. Measuring 6.5"w x 3.5" x 5.5"h, the Conchiglie is in good condition, unmarked.

Condition: Good overall condition for their age. The branches on these are quite delicate and there has been some breakage...
A Chinese Yixing Teapot. Length approximately 19.8 cm and height approximately 11 cm. The teapot has few chips at the cover. Good condition.
A set of a tobacco container carved in the form of either two sages or eccentric spirits. The container is carved in the form where the figure is sitting inside a jar while the other is has the distinct eccentric smile seen in images in sages. The piece contains a signature which reads Nissho Age:20th century Size: The container: Height: 3.5" Diameter: 2.1" The figure: Length: 1.75" Width: 1.5" Height: 8"

Japanese scroll painted with ink and colors on silk depicting a spotted stag by a stream among reeds under a moon about to be obscured by clouds. Great composition with alert beast looking into the background hidden in beautifully depicted mist. Wonderful quality realistic painting, superb brushwork - see the detailing of hairs on its coat. Paper and silk mounts, wooden scroll ends. Signed GANEN and marked with red paste seal. Scroll size 68x19 inches, painting size 40x16 inches.
