I acquired this basket in England about fifteen years ago. It measures 18 3/4" across and is about 2 3/4" high. It is dusty and there is a little rim damage (see photos). I found it along with a basket (also listed in my shop) that I believe is of South American origin...

Stainless steel paper knife with the handle made of a large natural piece of polished lump of amber from the west coast of Denmark. Best Deep Yellow / Honey natural colour! Amber Lump size: L 8,5 x 6 cm. Total Length 21 cm.

Great patina from age and use. Old piece of amber probably found in the fist part of the 20th century and than mounted as paper knife.
Lovely handpainted bombay two-drawer check with marble top. Beautifully painted flowers decorate the front, outlined by green with tiny flowers. It measures 30" tall x 23" wide x 16" deep. It probably dates from the mid 20th century, and is in beautiful original condition.

Tall Early VENETIAN Green and GOLD FLECKS Art Glass Flower Vase!!! Believe it is circa 1890-1910! Unsure of attribution. It has a Flat Body with applied Rigaree on the neck and Ball Decoration on the foot. Believe it is a Specimen Vase, since the neck can only fit 1 flower stem. The piece does have gold leaf throughout, but in some areas it has faded (mainly the body). There is fogging inside the vase as you can see...
This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1930. It has first quality blue crossed swords markings under glaze. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches deep. The set has the traditional wavy borders with points at intervals. The cup features a split branch handle. The set is hand painted in shades of puce. The flower arrangements are executed with precision and excellent artistry...

A beautiful old Chinese jadeite jade ring with 14k gold and white enamel inlaid,very good quality jadeite, in excellent condition. Marked. Size6-1/4.
An exceptional example of the work of Ingrid and Erich Triller. This vase measures 5" tall and is 3" in diameter. On the underside is painted Triller and Tobo. The glaze is a complex of blue/grey. Mint condition.
These mall sized ghurras are used to churn small quantity of milk when in summer pasture with sheep, the carving shows 4 separated poles joined with a rope knot and surmounted by 4 milk pots supporting a ram , very nice black patina with important signs of used, at least from mid 20th, from Rukkum district . H 20 cm, wide 3 to 8 cm, thick 1 to 3 cm.
Edo Period Utagawa Kuniyoshi wood block print c 1859, nice print handling wear especially at the lower corner as seen in pictures. Approximately 5.75 by 9" we have around 18 pieces from the same volume .
A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger by Thomae & Co. The rim is engraved "Only A Thimble Full." The interior retains its original gilding. Several companies made variations of this jigger, but those by Thomae are among the best due to their superior weight and workmanship.

This is a really nice elegant glass crystal mist yellow Oriole 6 inch high Bell made by Westmoreland Glass. This bell is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The clapper is attached inside the bell. The Oriole bird decoration is very good. The original Westmoreland label is attached and is in very good condition. Chinese Neolithic Terracotta pot with Geometric Paint work, nice condition chip to rim, collected in Japan and comes in the original wood storage box from Japan. Size H 7" W 8"
Whimsical modernist lamp which certainly looks like a Venini. The shade is lattimo with a transparent gold pink bow. The brass base is good minimalist modern design and adequately supports the shade. A fitted gasket facilitates a snug fit of the shade. Measuring 13"x15"x18"h., the lamp is unmarked
