China, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
Condition: As is often seen on Ming bronzes the casting is very thin in several places. This has caused minor holes in the bronze. The backside of the seat is missing. Please refer to the pics.
Remains of red and black pigment are visible.

A wonderful example of Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) burial gifts, this pair of glazed and painted pottery horses and grooms. Dimensions: W. 20 cm H. 17 cm. Condition: expected age wear, no damage or repair.
A very rare and early depiction of baby Krishna. The silver bracelet makes it even more special. H. 6,3 cm. Fabulous age wear and patina.
Provenance: private collection Belgium.
Decorated with a bird on a rock and flower panels. Diameter 14 cm. The footrims with attached oven sand, often seen on porcelain from this period. Wanli (1573-1619). Condition: one saucer with a hairline crack.
Red pottery moulded figure, glazed in turquoise, amber and black. On the back of his stool there is a coin symbol ( god of wealth?). H. 20 cm. Overall in very good condition with wear and flaking to the glaze and a chip at the back of his right arm. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644).
With an unusual dark blue and turquoise glaze. The woman with an unusual hairdo. H. 34 cm (the man), 31 cm (the woman). Condition: no damage or repair. parts of the soil can easily be removed to obtain a more colorful glaze.

A large Chinese pottery censer on animal feet with a lovely blue and purple glaze. Tomb pottery, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). H. 24,5 cm. Excellent condition with expected age wear.
A lovely bronze Buddha, Thailand, Ayutthaya style, 17th century.
Height: 24 cm Width 16 cm.
Condition: the mirror he was once holding is now missing. Very nice old patina with remains of gilding.
From Maharashtra or Karnataka. H. 14 cm. The 23rd Tirthankara is symbolized by the cobra, which is modeled on the back of the figure.
Provenance: private collection Belgium.
With a scalopped rim and a hand carved floral decoration on the interior. Diameter 16,8 cm, height 6,8 cm. Very good condition, no cracks or repairs. There are a few very minor chips and afiring flaw to the foot rim.
An interesting bronze mirror with its original lead handle. This is rare as most of the time the lead handles have been replaced because the original has disintegrated. Diameter 14 cm, Length 21 cm. Mounted on a museum quality stand.
Fine casting and good green and blue patina.
Cambodia, 12th/13th century. H. 9,3 cm (the figure). Size including stand 14,3 cm. Condition: part of the bronze stand is missing, otherwise perfect.

Two offering vessels in the shape of an Alpaca, carved from natural stone. In the back a chamber is drilled; it was filled with llama fat or coca leaves. These votive figures were left in the fields as an offering to the Earth goddess Pachamama. H. 6 cm. Dating from the 15th/16th century.
