Chinese Nephrite Jade reclining Horse Toggle, white with light brown inclusions with very smooth oily patina, Ca. before 1900, 2 1/8" long, 1 1/8" high, horse is seated position looking backward, with small hole through the top to the bottom. It is difficult to capture the translucent white Jade through camera. The condition is good.

A small belt hook carved from pale celadon colored jade with white and grayish mottling. One side ending in a dragonhead with bulging eyes, the underside with an oval disk for attachment. Condition: one eye chipped. Dimension: 7.1 cm long, weight: 30 g.
Antique Chinese stone seal. The stone is variegated in color with black, grey, white, and pink colors thorughout. It has a small snail carved on it. There is a small inscription at the bottom, old red pigment from when it was used. It measures 2"5/8" tall 1" deep1.5" wide.

A rare Han jade carving of a mythical beast that is part dragon, lion with the head of a dragon and the body of a lion. These jades a very rare. Condition: very good. no breaks. Size: See last photo.
This is an exceptionally well carved authentic neolithic jade axe, or possibly an amulet, considering its size. The piece measures some 5-3/4" in length (14.5cm)and is just over 2" at the highest point. The stone is a grayish-green nephrite with some calcification. The "blade" is unsharpened, although polished to a tapering edge from both sides of the piece. The three holes were formed by a conical drill from one side only. This piece is guaranteed to be archaic to the original purchaser.

This necklace is composed of 59 spherical beads of variegated nephrite jade connected by a ½ inch gold clasp. The beads graduate from smaller at the ends to larger toward the middle. Each bead is mottled with apple-green, white and black colors and display a soft polish from wear. Overall good condition.

Antique Chinese jadeite carving of a pair of peanuts with leaves and vines growing out of their top, and a small chimera crawling along the bottom with its legs and tails pointed upwards. Peanuts are called "huasheng" in Chinese, and are considered a lucky charm for those wishing to have many children as "sheng" means "giving birth". The top of the carving has a pierced hole to be hung from a toggle.

This 19th century nephrite carving of a fisherman is 3 ¼” high, 2 ¼” wide and 1 ¾” thick. It depicts an old smiling fisherman. His right hand is holding a mulberry branch; his left hand is holding his beard. His straw hat is hanging on his back. He has two fish tied to the ends of the branch and is attempting to put them into a basket at his feet. It is in great condition.

White jadeite carving, with areas of orange, of a smiling immortal man with long, flowing robes and his hair tied into a bun. He is identified as an immortal being by his long earlobes. His left hand holds the sash of his belt, while his right hand holds what appears to be a yoke over his shoulder. He is very detailed and even has extremely tiny nostril holes. 19th/20th century

The jade is of dark celadon color and is of substantial size of 12 cm long and excellently carved .
