The base has a “min yao” Yongzheng seal mark in overglaze iron-red enamel, but the cup probably dates to the later 18th Century. The decoration is in overglaze enamels and the rim has a faint brownish wash. Although the piece is in very good condition-- no chips, cracks or restoration, the glaze has numerous tiny iron specks, particularly visible on the interior. 17C/18C Chinese Kangxi Blue and White Porcelain Charger w Silver Handle
The charger is depicted in under-glazed blue with a scene from traditional Chinese opera “Romance of the Western Chamber” which is one of the most famous Chinese dramatic works; the rim with a series of lozenge patterns, mounted with a later-added silver handle; the reverse is decorated with two scrolls of flowers.
Size: 24.5 cm diam. 3 cm deep.
Condition: Good.
Length approximately 8 cm. Height approximately 8.8 cm (including the stand). A soft chip at the rim. A chip at the base. In good condition.
An unusual Chinese cloisonne enamel bowl, Qianlong, decorated inside and out with red lotus flowers and green lotus pads on a blue ground, the centre of the interior and the base each with a pale green lotus pod. 18 cms diam., 10 cms high. Heavily cast. 830g.
I have seen this design on a couple of moon flasks, but never on a deep bowl such as this.

An 18th Century sectional sweet meat dish, finely painted with two Chilong (Chi dragons) among stylized scrolling lotus and made in Canton (Guangzhou), southern China, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795).
Condition: very good.
