Northern Song ( 11th - 12th century ) The lustrous and glossy black glaze on the fine white body of this extremely rare piece are characteristic of the finest " Ding " vessels developed in the Dingzhou kilns at Quyang, Ding county, Hebei province in the Northern Song period. H : 4,2 cm. Condition : When examined with a 10X lense there is to see a very fine hairline to the body which is nearly invisible with the free eye, further in a perfect condiion.

The bowl is of greenish-gray glazed standing on a short recessed foot rim. The height is 6.3cm and the diameter is 17.3cm. A minor chip shown on picture 4. Otherwise it is generealy in good condition.

A Chinese, qingbai, bowl incised with a sponaneous 4floral design; Song dynasty. The rim of the bowl is notched to give the impression of six petals. Overall covered in a greenish glaze, except for the outer base and foot-rim. Likely from Fujian province. Dimensions; 17.8 cm diameter. Condition; there is some wear to the glaze, a few small rim chips, and a couple of short hairlines from the rim. It has a resonant tone when tapped.

A very rare ewer of Tang Dynasty (618-960), decorated with artistical freely scrolling of brown and green glazed on pale brown body. This decoration is remind us to the shipwreck where founded in Belitung area which most of all is bowls, very fine ewer in my collections. Condition is perfect near excellent even reached 1000 years. Rare image of a Qilin Chinese "unicorn" with stunning deep aquamarine Qingbai glaze. This is a fragment of a much larger piece, possibly a finial off a censer. H: 9.5cm/3.9in, W: 7cm/2.8in x 4.5cm/1.8in. The sculpture is in excellent condition, there is a film of hardpacked soil in the crevices which can be (see enlargements), this can be removed with a small blade with a bit of effort, soaking it in water for a week or so will help. I am leaving it on as it speaks to the age of this piece...

Probably 1800s

This two-handles stoneware vase's body is covered in a creamy slip glaze which is carved through with a peony design to reveal the light brown clay body. The entire vase except for the foot is covered in a very thin clear glaze enriching the tone of both slip and body. The light brown clay body is exposed on the footring and base. A small amount of burial earth adheres to the foot and base. It is in good condition.

This Sui Dynasty (581~618) yellow burial horse is 10 1/2” high, 11 ¾” long and 5 ¾” wide. It depicts a battle horse wearing a leather saddle and a draped saddle cloth. Aside from an old repair on the tail and part of the neck, it is in great condition.
