An extremely thinly potted, moulded porcelain dish, decorated in an most beautiful underglaze Cobalt blue. Very nice glossy glaze. Kangxi period ( 1662 - 1722 ) Diameter : 27,9 cm. Condition : Some minute glaze fritting to the rim and one long, secured crack to the bottom - area of the dish.

An extremely beautiful, large and impressive white glazed covered box with moulded decoration. Yuan Dynasty ( 1279 - 1368 ) Fujian ware, probably Anxi or Dehua. A similar piece is in the collection of the Baur Foundation and in Köln in the Museum für Ostasiatische Kunst. Another similar example is illustrated in the catalogue " The Tectus Collection", preface Rosemary Scott. Diameter : 14,5 cm. H : 8,8 cm. Condition : Perfect.

A beautiful early Qing dynasty sapphire blue glazed small vase, very elegant sapphire blue. In excellent condition, except there is a firing glaze shrinking on the bottle (pls. see photo). H:6".

A good Song dynasty Qingbai bluish white large covered box, rounded side with ribbing at the body suggested petal and unglazed base, there is a flower motif at the center, box covered with good bluish white glaze.
Box is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration, the cover box is stuck can not be open and there is some water inside the box, found from a river, good glaze.

A rare early Ming dynasty 15th century blue and white large bowl, rounded side with flared rim, straight foot and glazed base, bowl outer wall decorated with fine under glaze blue of human motif in different position, center also with human motif.
Bowl is in good condition with tiny chip at outer rim, no crack, no restoration.

A rare ovoid vase on high flaring foot painted in shades of underglaze blue and made in China for export to Europe during the reign of the Kangxi emperor (1662-1722). Condition: there is "fritting" (production glaze loss) to the base (please view enlargements) and there are very minor glaze imperfections; there are no cracks and there has been no restoration. 14.5cm (5.7inches) high.

Antique Tibetan kapala, or human skullcup, with a beautiful bronze stand. In Tibet, it was considered a great honor to have one's cranium turned into a kapala, which would be used for religious purposes. Kapalas are used in the Hindu Tantra and Buddhist religions. The skull itself is very old and is lined with nickel. The bronze stand has a beautiful lotus design, skulls going all around, the image of a kneeling worshipper, and hoof shaped feet. A rare pair of qianjiang dishes painted and signed by Zhang Ziying (also known as Zhang Yun) who was associated with the imperial kiln during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875 - 1908). Both carry poems which translate "fortune and luck for life). Condition - three 5cm hairlines to rim of first dish (see enlargement 6 for two); base crack ( see enlargement 9) and two light 3cm hairlines to second dish. Both have small rim chips and there is wear to the gilding...

The saddle seat is Leather and decorated with small tuffs of wool yarn and strips of flat metal (presumed low grade silver) which are embed into the leather in an ornate geometric design.

I replaced the tie which secured the front of the seat to the metal saddle tree...the original cord was literally falling apart...Limited research indicates this saddle was from Rajastan India.

A Jiaqing mark and period circular dish, covered in a rich and bubbly cobalt blue glaze. Surface wear suggest that this dish had once been gilt-decorated with a dragon among clouds. The roughly written mark is typical for non-official wares of this period.

A rare example for a Yuan Dynasty ( 14th century ) blue glazed high bowl. Very good condition. D : 7,4 cm.

This jarlet is small but it´s colour is amazing. Among hundreds of such jarlets there might be one piece that shows a bluegreen like this. Song - Yuan Longquan Celadon ware. H : 4,6 cm. Condition : Perfect. The " chips " to the rim are all covered with the original glaze - thus the piece is in it´s original condition.
